I don't watch a lot of Big Herc videos, but every one of them I've seen always has him telling the truth of the situation. Whether it's interviews with former inmates or him sharing his own thoughts, it always seems heartfelt and like he's trying to make a positive change in the black community (especially the youth). It's really sad that BLM gets all the press and buzz and this dude (and others with the same mindset) gets pushed to the wayside. I may be racist, but I have no problem giving someone like him respect if they're trying to help their community in a positive manner and not dragging down others to do it.
 
Communists in USSR had "subbotniks", when members of the community walked and tried to make some good work for neighborhoods - cleaning streets, getting a fresh paint where needed, planting trees. I wish Portland ones took at least one good thing from communists, this one.

I watched a stream of the Elizabeth City protest last night and there were like 20 people there. Interest is already fizzling out. One thing I've learned, really just this year, is if you tell people to fuck off and don't cave in to their demands, they fuck off. Biden stonewalled the press on the border and they fucked off. Cuomo stonewalled the press on the sexual harassment allegations and they fucked off. I've always believed, intellectually, in this, but now I really get it, and I see that it truly does work. You just tell the vultures to fuck off, simple as that.

No, because he's committing a felony. That's the line I think. It's been a while since this happened and I don't remember all the details, but I was pretty sure the shoot was justified, despite the guys being pretty dumb.

If that 2017 case was legit and this kid didn't speak the fuck up I hope he has to live forever with the knowledge that not fucking sucking it up and reporting that shit probably led to all of this. Every fucking time I see this kind of crap I'm reminded of all the times I spoke the fuck up about something, knowing that it could blow up on me, and did it anyway and got blowback. I got blowback because people know if you just make someone's life hell for speaking up, nobody's gonna have their back.

I guess "innocent until proven guilty" doesn't fly in today's Woke world.

I highly doubt that decision had to do with "black lives" or justice, but control.

George Floyd was a habitual drug user with a criminal past enabled by a "catch and release" criminal justice system that has failed actual victims on both sides of the law. ALL of what I listed disproportionally affects the Black community. For decades.

With no policing, those communities and others will get worse over time. This sets an ugly precedent. You are declared guilty before the actual trial. Let's forget about Chauvin for a second, what if this was somebody else? Even YOU?

This is old news. The DoJ were outright saying they'd prosecute him on civil rights charges. As far as I know they still intend to, I guess they're waiting for sentencing should the judge not give him the maximum for murdering St George 3 times over.

The other cops, guilty of standing around and doing literally nothing, would be idiots if they didn't accept a plea deal. They're going to be facing some serious time if they're dumb enough to go to trial.

You've got part of it. It's more like if you fall somewhere on the Left/"acceptable" side of the political spectrum and tell them to fuck off, they'll probably do it.

Kyle is lucky in one respect, he didn't kill a black. Killing another white, even a leftist bugman, in self defense means he might get something approaching a fair trial.

The DoJ will also find it a lot harder to go after him as they can't claim it was racially motivated.

Still I give him a 5% chance of avoiding conviction in current year.

I admire the left's utter psychotic ruthlessness in using the state to destroy their political enemies. We must take heed, deal with the world as it is and not how we want it to be, abandon childish notions of fairness, and do the same to them when it's our turn.

One of the plaintiffs (I think it was Grossekreutz or his dad or someone like that) was being a belligerent retard during a Zoom hearing. Is that why his trial was delayed?
