In my field I have run into a number of promising new grads who between partying all night at bars or with drugs or whatever personal problems they have barely make it a year or two because once they finally have that job they wanted they try to let loose into total celebration all the time and feel like since they're finally all grown up nobody can tell them shit. I can always tell that their days are numbered. Dude's only been a teacher since 2019 and I get that vibe, only all the more so given how loud and demonstrably insane he is.
