A healthcare CEO has been fired after being caught on camera harassing a teenage boy for wearing a dress to his prom.

VisuWell executive Sam Johnson, 46, was filmed telling the boy he looked like an 'idiot' as he took photos before his prom near Nashville on Saturday.

Johnson has denied the allegations, despite the video footage of him making the remarks.

The boy, Dalton Stevens, 18, told NBC News he wore the dress as a statement to prove that 'clothing is really gender-less' and 'that it has no meaning'.

Telehealth technology firm VisuWell fired Johnson Monday, saying they have a 'zero-tolerance policy for intolerance'.

Stevens and his boyfriend Jacob Geittmann had been taking photos at the Harpeth Hotel in downtown Franklin, south of Nashville, before their prom.

Franklin High School senior Stevens told NBC that he was harassed as he posed with Geittmann, who later posted the exchange on TikTok.

'I explained [why I was wearing the dress] to him and he continued to just call me names and just follow me', Stevens explained.

He said the young couple had first noticed Johnson making 'homophobic' comments within their earshot.

The CEO then approached Stevens and Geittmann and questioned why the 18-year-old had chosen to wear a dress.

Johnson later allegedly told Stevens 'you have hair on your chest, you shouldn't be wearing a dress'.

Geittmann then took out his phone and started filming the exchange, during which Johnson said he thought the 18-year-old senior looked 'disgusting'

While Geittmann is filming, Johnson apparently tries to knock the phone out of his hand, but ends up hitting Stevens.

Onlookers attempt to intervene, pleading with Johnson to stop, saying: 'It's just prom. It's kids, it's a bunch of kids. Come on, dude.'

At the end of the 45-second footage, Stevens can be heard telling Johnson, 'I'm sorry, I'm gorgeous.' Johnson responds by saying 'are you?'.

It's unclear what happened before Geittmann started recording.

The clip has gained celebrity attention, catching the eye of Kathy Griffin and Billy Porter.

Griffin retweeted the clip with the caption: 'If this is Sam Johnson in Nashville, Tennessee, the CEO of VisuWell, healthcare-tech-growth strategist, married to Jill Johnson where they may reside in Franklin, Tennessee, it seems like he's dying to be online famous.'

Franklin police responded to the incident, but Johnson 'denied any involvement in the confrontation', Lieutenant Charles Warner said.

Johnson told Newsweek: 'We had just sat down for dinner at this restaurant that we frequent, and I was returning from the restroom when I was presented with their loud cursing'.

He said he approached the teens to ask them to 'tone down the vulgarities around the families and children who were present.'

'Making it about the dress was their idea and they edited out most of the exchange', he added.

Police requested Johnson settle his bill with the hotel and leave.

Warner said officers would not be investigating the incident unless the couple chose to press charges.

VisuWell said in a statement: 'We unequivocally condemn the behavior exhibited by Sam Johnson in a recent video widely circulated on social media.

'After investigating the matter and speaking to individuals involved, the VisuWell BOD has chosen to terminate Mr. Johnson from his position as CEO, effective immediately.

'VisuWell's culture emphasizes respect, kindness, and compassion, especially for those from traditionally marginalized communities, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for intolerance of any kind.

'Mr. Johnson's actions contradicted the high standards we set for ourselves in promoting the health of those who use our platform.'

The company removed Johnson from his post after facing calls on Twitter to terminate his contract. A 'Meet out CEO' page has since been removed from the VisuWell website.

Just give their physical home address you fucking ghoul.

Normally I'd be on his side if he was just stating the obvious to some snowflake who is not used to hearing the truth... but a grown man trying to knock a phone out of a teen's hand and hitting someone else in their incompetence is really a dick move.

Plus, he must not have been a very good CEO if he was this blind to the current political climate and the likely consequences of his actions, morally justified or not. He lost the moral high ground by engaging. Understanding trends and the way the wind is blowing is basically half the CEO's job.

So how is this homophobic? Did he get called a faggot or something? Or is it just because free expression or some shit?

Step 1. Dress up like the most lackluster tranny possible.
Step 2. Find someone political or important, record your video footage, and claim they called you a faggot nigger jew nonstop.
Step 3. Instead of going to the media, attempt to sell the video back to them for blackmail money.

But nope, gotta get those Twitter/TikTok likes or whatever. Not only is this nigga more ugly than the lowest effort thai dick girl, but he legit is doing it for soys on a social media platform filled with robots, lol.

It's just part of the trend that's been brewing for the last decade. You can't criticize or say anything negative, or in some cases even benign, to the gender specials, the faggots or the niggers. Everyone else pretty much is fair game. If they say the sky is purple and you say it's blue you'll get slapped with accusations of homophobia. Telling niggers they're less likely to get shot by cops if they don't try to stab another person in front of the cops is considered racism. Welcome to the deepest pits of clown hell. Honk honk motherfucker.

-nudges minute hand on civil war countdown clock up a few minutes-

So, how's everyone's Mandarin classes going? It's a tough language, but you gotta think about the future. The very, very near future.

Continually referring to an 18 year old as a boy seems out of character for the Daily Mail, doesn't it?

The dress looks stupid on him, but a grown man doesn't need to get into a confrontation with a teenager like that.

Yes, in the age of smartphones, they're going to come after you to cancel you. I would have just went on my way. I never get into arguments with strangers; avoidance is key.

Close.

I could tell the kid he looks ridiculous in that dress as I am a faggot and a nip. Double minority uno, right there. My comments will just be passed of as me being a catty faggot.

Straight Cis White Het Males? Not so much...

Honk Honk...

I watched the video of the "incident" and... literally nothing happened. The worst thing he did was say "you look like an idiot" and tried to knock a phone out of someone's hand. Most of the video he was just standing still saying nothing with a gormless look on his face. Burger King crown on a plane guy this guy ain't.

How is this any different than laughing at the freaky deformed kid? Let tards be tards, let fags be fags, and let a goblin in a dress be a goblin in a dress.

The said part is he is a fairly good looking guy but will probably Troon out in a few years. Cutting off perfectly good cock and splitting it into a deformed vagina.

Fucking shame.

Well, since a dox is good for the gander, it's good for the goose.

Nothing outrageous I can find on social media. To be honest seems like a nice enough kid. But I can't really bear to see someone trying to launch a public shaming campaign without the opportunity of having it turned around on him. This took way longer than it should have though I had other shit to do so pls updoot and give gold kind strangers.
