Super late, but.... they DO know porn is meant to be sexual, right? Like masturbation, handjobs, blowjobs, penetration, eating out, stripping, etc. What is at all sexual/pornographic about sticking a flag up your ass? What is the logic here? Ignoring the fact they're as far away from attractive as it's possible to get, how can they possibly think this is titillating?

There's a very base logic here, I think. Something like "men lust after pussy and tits" -> "I have a HIDEOUSLY MALFORMED TOTALLY INTERSEX FRANKENPUSSY THAT MAKES THE MOST EXPERIENCED OB/GYNS GASP and DROOPY PANCAKE TITS" -> "men should lust after me". IIRC she's stated several times on twatter she had some social media Indians sending her thirsty messages on ZuckerBook and had that hilarious "what do you tell your confused boner" exchange on twatter, so she definitely has no idea about her - for the lack of a better term - worth as an object of sexual desire.

That's just my two cents.
 
I think I know what will happen here, but cannot commit to a final outcome:
  • Her parents WILL see these pictures. I can't say how, but somehow they are going to see them.
  • They will plotz.
  • There will be a Serious Talk with her (outcome uncertain) and resulting metdown.
Now, in a sane world, this is the point where she is put into some kind of residential care situation where she is more closely monitored than can be by two elderly (hell, they're my age but seem ancient) parents with health problems. It would be the kind of place with a lot of structure, and frankly, she needs that.
Unfortunately, I do not think the put-in-a-care-home part is going to happen. Maybe through inertia, ignorance, laziness or shame, the elder Cianfriglias are going to do nothing. They obviously cannot handle her, and she's not quite as benign as they may believe.

I have to wonder if the elder Cianfriglias are deliberately ignoring her hypersexuality or they think they got off the hook easy because of all of her gender activisim bullshit (and that got backed up by the total hysterectomy). Also, I have to wonder if at some time around puberty some doctor warned them that she may "act out sexually" due to her developmental delays, which is one of the reasons they kept her so sheltered. Her parents had to be at least partly complicit in keeping her profoundly ignorant, not by refusing her any needed education, but shaming either overtly or covertly any interest she may have been developing about boys. I think most adults tone down saying *anything* about their sex lives around their parents, but she doesn't seem to have the necessary filter. Maybe.
As for how the parents will see the pictures... I think eventually it's going to be curiousity. One of them is going to try to look it up and probably will have a heart attack on the spot. No matter how open-minded they are, they are not going to like this. Remember that she had privileges revoked after the child-grooming episode. (Not that it seems to have mattered,
but in the meantime this should be interesting.)

Did you trace that last one from a "how to draw anime" book? Because if so I know the exact one and I may or may not have traced that same photo as a weeby little twelve year old.
