A man in Ohio who was convicted of collecting boys’ urine from bathrooms is now facing child pornography charges, police say.

Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip that Alan Patton, 68, had allegedly been using an online search engine to try to find child pornography, WCMH reported.

Investigators went to Patton’s Columbus home, where they seized several storage devices with “images loaded on them,” police told WSYX.

He was arrested Thursday and charged with pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor — child pornography, according to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

Patton is a registered sex offender and has an extensive criminal history, according to WBNS.

In 2008, he was convicted of criminal mischief and collecting bodily substances without consent after police say he collected urine from restrooms used by boys, WCMH reported.

Police said Patton put plastic wrap over toilet seats and placed foam cups in urinals before turning off the water to the fixtures, The Columbus Dispatch reported. It’s alleged that Patton liked to drink young boys’ urine.

The case led to Ohio lawmakers’ 2010 decision to make it illegal to collect someone’s bodily fluids without their permission, according to WSYX.

Patton was charged again in 2010 after allegedly trying to collect urine at a Burger King, the Dispatch reported. He also spent four years in prison after police say he fondled two young boys in a restroom while trying to collect urine from them in 1994, according to the newspaper.

Sheriff Dallas Baldwin said he believes he first crossed paths with Baldwin in the early 1980s when police got a call from a local recreation center that staff members had caught someone putting cellophane over toilet seats, WSYX reported. Patton was arrested in connection with the incident, the Dispatch reported.

All the more reason not to go to Columbus. Worst of the big three cities in the Ohio. There's three things to do there, Visit COSI, Visit the first Wendy's, which is right across from COSI, and visit the Zoo. That's it. You can do all those without having to stop anywhere that attracts urine drinking pedos. Except maybe COSI.

Shit, Cleveland is better than Columbus, and their river doesn't even burn any more.

Columbus is kinda gay but it's infinitely better than Cleveland. Shit, I'd rather kick it in Dayton than Cleveland.

Man passes a point of no return at some point. Certain people cannot be rehabilitated after doing certain acts or experiencing certain things. I submit that a man that engages in the combination of fondling little boys and drinking their piss is irredeemable.

He should have never seen the light of day after 2010.

That's kinda harsh, Dayton's below Toledo on my list of Ohio cities, but maybe that's a side effect of living in Cinci and getting Dayton local news. Cinci just has Drive-Into-House season, Dayton was an unending torrent of shootings and overdoses. Cleveland at least has Sheetz.

Dayton is a shit hole and so is Cleveland. Dayton had some dope ass rave venues though back in the day and some of the best parties. Cleveland has way more gun violence but I will concede Dayton was OD central. Toledo is like Ohio's bastard son city. Nobody thinks about Toledo unless they've directly interacted with it.

I propose bullet the brain.

This is entirely true, I only think about Toledo because I've been there twice and all I took away from it was that they have a nice mall. Which is still better than Dayton, which only has Wright-Pat and the USAF Museum. Also, endless roadwork. I swear there's a section of highway they've been working on for damn near thirty years now. I assume it keeps breaking because Dayton is so shitty.

Maybe I am being too hard on Columbus, it's just some of their Hipsters wondered down to Cinci for some reason. I appreciate that they gentrified Over-the-Rhine, but it's still hipsters.

As an Ohioan who lives close-ish to Toledo I have to say I actively choose not to think about Toledo.

Cleveland is pedophile central. It's also the murder capital of Ohio.

I went to Cleveland once to see a concert a couple years ago. Aside of the Cleveland Clinic and the downtown entertainment district the whole thing looked like a post apocalyptic wasteland with a sea of niggers, garbage, and boarded up crack houses as far as the eye can see. It's like Detroit 2.0. Columbus is a literal paradise compared to that shithole.

It's because Cleveland has a thing. Being a shitty place, yes, but a thing. Columbus is just kind of there. It's like Chillicothe. It's there, but we don't really talk about it, because there's nothing really to talk about. Except the Zoo, Columbus does have a really nice Zoo.

Oh, I guess the Ohio State University is up there too, but most people seem to treat that like it's a thing unto itself.

The worst thing they ever did to Cinci was gentrify OTR. Now I gotta listen to a bunch of faggots that wouldn't step foot down the way back in the day talk about how black lives matter and abolish the police.

It's also hilarious, because you go from Gentrified to "Don't Stop the Car," in the space of an intersection. It's like a perfect framing for BLM, broken down ghetto a hundred feet away from a gourmet hot dog place and a Jazz Bar filled with danger hairs and soyboys. Sadly, they're starting to bleed out into the outskirts of the city and this bothers me.

I assume you're referring to them pushing the "less desirables" out of the city? They've been doing that for a fuckin minute dude. Now they got white hipsters living down on Mohawk and McMillain an Vine.

No, the actual hipster types, I've notice a slow build up of them out my way, East of the city. There's a house down the street that's now flying the rainbow flag with the BIPOC triangle or whatever and still has BLM signs in the front yard. I'm close to Anderson, so I expect upper middle class faggotry, but this is a bit blatant for the area. I don't actually think we'd notice more of the other kind of people moving out this way.

Vine street? Who thinks that's a good idea?

The Anderson area is burbs as fuck. Your opinion on gentrification and hipsters is no longer really relevant to what I'm talking about. For the love of god, stay outa Price Hill and Norhood lol
