Wasn't he referring to a different test which was the one he was allowed to reference?

I think some of you misheard. My understanding was that the clarification Blackwell asked for indicates that this evidence was in existence before the trial, but had not been disclosed to the prosecution until yesterday, and it was provided to them, they did not seek it out. Therefore, bringing it up could not cause a mistrial. If the prosecution had obtained/created new evidence DURING the trial, then yes it would be a mistrial. That's my understanding at least.

@AnOminous can you weigh in?
The judge had clarified that Tobin could speak on the enlarged heart and the effects of carbon monoxide on hemoglobin, keeping it to what was said by Fowler yesterday since that's what was on record.

4 hour break holy fuck

No, Blackwell stated that the doctor just happened to call them after hearing the testimony yesterday to say "well actually we do have these lab results we just had to dig a little deeper so we omitted them in the initial subpoena, a subpoena which requested ALL of our test results for GF." That's why the judge said it was untimely and not allowed and would in fact cause a mistrial. This was all explicitly stated at 9 before the jury walked in. Dr. Tobin's testimony was to be limited.

Break until 1:45 10:45, judge and lawyers in chambers. Mistrial here we come. I'm guessing the mistrial is why Blackwell didn't even ask about the enlarged heart. This is crazy.

I think he said until "quarter to", as in resuming in 6 minutes., not "quarter to two"

Starting to think the order came from the very top that this guy cant walk

The biden admin already has to deal with still putting kids on cages while even more mexicans pour into the border because thats what fucking happens when you elect an open borders geriatric, imagine if they also have to deal with chauvin walking free

Its been clear for a while that the whole thing was blown out of proportion to fuck trump over, not that I care but that leaves some nasty side-effects like the fact that now the cop that you branded "worst than hitler" will be proven not guilty under your government, not trump's, and now biden and cop-mala have to deal with it........or take a massive shit on their country's legal system which would create even more consequences

Pretty sure Tobins telling a lie of omission here. Floyd was probably ventilated really well by the time the blood was taken, so it's not surprising his O2 sat was 98. It's probably a guarantee it wasnt when he was picked up.

From my own experience his O2 saturation was probably literally like 10% initially from not breathing for so long. With the standard "lifesaving measures" you can get an essentially corpse's O2 sat up while everything else is fucked.
