Me every time I hear some new ailment affecting Floyd:

Really though, anyone with the rundowns on cross today?

Heavy disagree. The property destruction is what makes it funny. Because they're burning down their own neighborhoods, making their own quality of life even worse. Plus it's an optics nightmare for them. Cucks were largely pro-BLM last year after our Saint lord George Floyd was killed by Chauvin with 80%+ approval ratings. The summer of riots completely trashed the movements image.

So:
-It ruins their own communities
-It's funny as shit
-And it's bad optics for them

Nothing but positives.

I hope chauvin walks so we can see it all burn. I want another comfy summer of chimps burning down their own cities, while I watch it safely from my majority white community.
I am torn.
I saw how they destroy descent people's chance at getting out of the gutter.
On the other hand it IS funny.
Is it bad optics?

At this point, Floyd was killed by a literal act of god.
Honestly I'm almost inclined to believe some of these shitters when it comes to Floyd being an actual Christ figure, considering how long he lived despite the sheer state of his health. I could see that argued as miraculous itself.

I would agree with you, but you never know with clown world nowadays.
Minneapolis is under mob rule and their local/state govt is a cucked cum sock for the DNC, who are openly mask-off about the whole thing, publically announcing bias and dropping all pretense of impartial "innocent until proven guilty".
Potter has a better chance of walking or getting a dickslap on the face over being retarded and killing a young thug tbh.
Chauvin's fate is sealed, innocence be damned. The jurors are scared and one man's life is not going to override the safety of the many.

Defense made very good case spearheaded by widow maker artery being 90% clogged

shaft was somewhat weaker including some interesting theories on carbon monoxide that some people thought were almost a red herring

prosecution came out spitting with some very aggressive questions, framed as though the guy had lied to the jury that were answered pretty well all things considered. Then took red herring as bait, and basically proved there was doubt IMO. As all the questions were “well it’s possible”

Prosecution then used potato lungs to try to delegitimize witness, did a pretty decent job IMO, but all relies on jury buying the “lung % calculations” which the defense took some shots at

overall, decisive win for the defense on murder charge IMO, but may have traded manslaughter charge for it, with the relatively weak wristed monoxide theory. If Chauvin wants to walk he’s going to need to find something to beat Mr. Potato to death over.

its a hardcore edgelord/cynic/doomer/nihilist take, but it's pretty accurate. i want to feel sorry for the people who'll suffer the damage from the riots, but the vast majority of them are gonna be leftists who will keep supporting diversity anyway so fuck em tbh
It's not nihilism. It's not nihilistic to laugh at the drunk retard who smashes a beer bottle over his head and bleeds from the glass shards, everybody knew it would happen and it's funny to see somebody be dumb enough to do something with a predictable outcome like this. These people vote to give the rioters, rapists, thieves, murderers, and carjackers, among others free reign, and they get burned, raped, robbed, murdered, and carjacked.

So for those who may have tuned out when the Judge called for another break, or for those not watching. The judge clarified with the lawyers that the reason he denied the sidebar of the prosecution earlier when Nelson's witness was questioning Dr. Tobin's testimony from last week. Turns out the reason why the Judge denied it was because he thinks it should be allowed but that the prosecution will also have 24 hours to address it. Meaning that they could potentially bring back in Dr. Tobin tomorrow, which honestly might turn out bad for Nelson and the defense.
Oh PLEASE bring back Tobin. Juror's aren't actually stupid, usually just disinterested and a little disengaged. They still have basic common sense though. If a juror hears "Smoking isn't bad for you" they're reaction is generally going to be "What the fuck, lol no". The fact Tobin had like three instances of this means the jury is going to dismiss anything the man says.
You've been wrong about every single thing so far in this thread.

Citation needed.

Worth noting, the idiot is still technically wrong since this isn't the load for general usage, which would apply here. This is a full combat load, for when you KNOW you are going into the shit. So portraying it as "Oh, soldiers carry this" and heavily implying its constant is factually wrong and stupid.

No it isn’t. Remember that they honestly believe they’re doing good by burning everything down. Doesn’t matter if it’s just a smokescreen for a lot of them to keep the hoard off their back. They still can’t be counted on for anything good.

This comes from the Communism/ Socialism belief. They think that nobody should own anyhting.
Coincidentally if I were to rip the clothes off their back, take their car etc they would not like that.

Agree with what you're saying; however, it's the defense's prerogative to spew all kinds of shit while it's the prosecution's job to prove beyond a reasonable doubt:

1. How the death happened
2. How Chauvin was directly responsible for that death

Getting the defense's pathologist to admit that multiple theories are possible is not a Mortal Kombat babality, especially when the prosecution wasn't really throwing out conclusive shit from the autopsy.

"So you ADMIT that there were no findings on the autopsy report to prove that he died of a cardiac arrhythmia?"

Meanwhile, the guy doing the questioning conveniently glosses over the fact that there was nothing on the autopsy report to support his theory of positional asphyxia.

Back to points 1 and 2, we've heard the theory that it was a blood choke, that Chauvin was kneeling on his carotid artery, that he was being choked out from the second he got on the ground because prone restraint is inherently unsafe, that he was choked out from about 5 minutes into Chauvin kneeling on him, that he was in terrific health despite the utter shittery of every metric, that he was too weak to breathe in a situation that 99% of people survive just fine...

I feel like the prosecution has made a great case that if George Floyd had never passed that fake $20, he would have lived to sneed another day. Officer Lane knocking at his window set off the whole chain of events. Officer Lane knocking at his window caused him to have a panic attack. Officer Lane knocking at his window caused him to house 3+ speedballs. Officer Lane knocking at his window caused him to freak out and fight the cops. Etc.

But Chauvin wasn't there for any of that. One might posit that the other four cops, or any other group of cops, could have set off the Eternal Buzzer for George Floyd.

I hope Nelson makes this point in the defense, but I'm sure he's got a plan and that's why he gets paid the big bucks.
