the same applies to basically any outspoken atheist or anti-religion activist in the west since like the 1970s. these people built their public careers by just bashing the church, an institution that had already lost all of the power it once held, and which is considered a halal target by the ruling class. basically they made a name for themselves by picking on a target that was completely powerless and unable to resist or fight back in any meaningful way.

Yeah, Caster probably has 5ARD. It's not really her fault, because I can't imagine the medical establishment in her shitty african country is sophisticated enough to properly diagnose her disorder, so she probably went her whole life just thinking she was a girl.

That's actually a big problem when it comes to intersex issues, there's a shitton of grifters faking being intersex.
Here's a good rule of thumb: if an "intersex activist" won't shut up about pronouns and their "queer body", and especially if they can't actually name what disorder they have, there's a solid chance they're just troon fakers. The problem is, is that no one can call them out without looking like a dick.
Not that actual intersex people can't fall for queer nonsense, but they usually have bigger problems to worry about, like the actual medical implications of their disorders.
It's like stolen valor.

A more useful definition of sex focuses on the SRY gene, not on genitals and not (strictly) on chromosomes.
If someone's SRY gene cannot do its job, either because it naturally doesn't exist (in normal XX females), it's mangled somehow, or if its effects physically cannot take hold (as in CAIS people), then it's a legitimate position to argue that person is literally a biological female.

So Semenya, Semenya’s coaches and the South African government have always known Semenya was a sports cheat, but as this is a freak case of genuinely being ‘assigned’ the wrong sex at birth have been able to get away with the lie via Semenya being legally female, according to birth certificate.
Semenya is even rumoured to be the biological father of the child Semenya shares with wife Violet (with a 5 ARD diagnosis this is possible).
I can see why you wouldn’t want to give up a sweet grift and return to the poverty from whence you came, but at this point, more than a decade after first getting rumbled, it‘s time for Caster to shut up and retire.

It is called tuberous breasts and it is congenital, it is a bit unusual but not terribly uncommon.
What usually happens is that the developing tissue formed a tight ring, so growth was constricted to one direction. The only way to fix it is with surgery.

interestingly enough, the same, or a very similar condition has been observed in sows. The recommended treatment on this website is ‘affected animals should be culled’ so at least he can take some comfort in knowing that things could be worse... he could be a female pig with deformed udders awaiting an inevitable death sentence, whereas as things stand he’s just a man who needs to keep his top on, forever.
