Was Floyd ever pronounced dead at the scene? That could factor into what he said, especially if he wasn't confirmed deceased when the EMTs arrived.
Only a doctor can pronounce death. So the EMTs would’ve had to call the doctor at the hospital in order to have him pronounced dead at the scene but they were attempting to resuscitate him.

"muh hypotheticals!"
Can't use any brain power to see the line of questioning regarding contradictions and that whole "reasonable doubt" thing

btw i implore the liberal use of RES tags because then you can spot the speds in any thread you enter

I heard Chauvin duct taped his knee to Floyd's neck and rode him all the way to the autopsy table. They had to beg him not to show up at the funeral and kneel on the casket.
Rode on his neck like he was a mechanical bull, he can be seen shouting "YEEHAAAW" as the coroner began the autopsy.

So just so I'm not out of the loop, they haven't dealt with the drug dealer pleading the fif yet?

I hear the judge refused it or something on grounds that his testimony is necessary? I can't recall the exact reasoning but I think he's gonna be on the stand sometime.
Its more that he can't just generally assert it, has to assert it when actually on the stand. I think. I don't remember. Maybe he'll be back
