Current witness has some interesting reviews
LOL

I don't know why people think the verdict is up in the air here. I fully expect Chauvin to get hit for minimum manslaughter by the jury and I don't think the judge will tell them they're retarded and countermand that in any fashion. The deck is stacked HARD against Chauvin and Nelson and as it is there will be insane dickheads making both their lives hell for probably years.

Something occurred to me re: the MPD witnesses for the prosecution. The MPD higher ups are probably looking to win brownie points and cover their asses against defund/abolishment and you better believe throwing Chauvin under the bus to try and accomplish that occurred to them.

I'm having hard time imagining the kind of expert that would be willing to just outright contradict those studies but you're not wrong. We'll see what he tries to pull when he gets to summon his dudes.

How did this Irish fucker's word become so unassailable to you that we are all supposed to concede and accept Chauvin's guilt?

I literally said that I do not believe that Chauvin is guilty even if he was the direct cause of Floyd's death. A cop does not have to know all that shit. He got taught to use his knee and he did.
