Unfortunately some people are too stupid to even see through that. There's people riding the #IStandWithVinny hashtag on twitter STILL condemning him and going "BELIEVE ALL WAMEN"

If you're talking about that Alyssa/Tittyphat person, she's actually been making art for him for years after "being a victim of abuse." She was showing the emails where she was "totally being abused" from 2017.

yeah, i dont get that part either, i do believe that her and vinny spoke through email about, whatever, but she was NEVER SA - it sounds like her words have beeen twisted like person 4 as part as the smear campaign

If I recall, it was Person 4 that was *doing* the twisting when they manipulated LichPit. That's why she came forward, wasn't it?

Generally no, only the original speaker can be held responsible for saying something. The accusations being so mild prevents much of anything from being done outside a restraining order to keep whoever is orchestrating this from continuing their harassment campaign.

While the accusations themselves are minor, yes, the way they were being portrayed as if they were sexual assault is relevant. Add in that Charon's separate thread accused him of manipulating fans into sex, people could easily get the wrong idea from how misleading everything was.

The only people who weren't fooled were... about 50% of the people who actually bothered to read the whole doc, or the people who caught onto Charon's bullshit.

Aye, why the fuck do people assume sex abusers have mind-control powers? The victim is at the very least partially accountable unless its a literal rape case, which none of these were.

Honestly can't answer that cause my brain's smoothed out since I lurked in this thread day of the scandal. She tweeted her story, so I'm assuming she's calling herself a victim, but idk if she's specifically a victim mentioned in the docs.
