Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Knowing Trump he is bidding his time. For all his flaws the guy bites hard when it comes down to it. There is a clip floating around where Trump describes how he basically would like to lose hard at something just to see who doesn't stay loyal to him. 2020 definitely showed him the swampmonsters he considered allies were ready to throw him to the fishes.

Not only does that desk look ugly as Hell, it is downright disgraceful it's a gift to some political whore. The Resolute Desk was a landmark moment in US-British relations warming up.

NASA has been a joke since the 80s at least. Now it is a money dump for wokeness and likely money laundering.

I knew an ethnic Russian whose parents came to American and she always insisted that the Donbass region would end up back in Russia eventually, just because of linguistic, cultural, and religious similarities. And Crimea's never really been Ukrainian and the anyone who thinks Russia would let it's major warm-water port get away doesn't know shit about Russian history. Russia even laid out where they'd be uncomfortable with NATO expanding to, we agree to not expand there, and then turned around and started trying to expand NATO there.

Russia doesn't give a shit about Poland, so long as Belorussia and Ukraine are between it and them. Especially Western Ukraine.

Enough of the past, it's time to look to the future. The US and Russia should start a North Pacific Treaty Organization and bully China like God intended.
