I think the poor judge may have a bladder problem.

Also, why are those journalists commentating in a way that basically sets up a narrative? This is neither their propaganda piece, nor a football match. It's a livestream.

For the same reason that they breathlessly comment on freeway chases when nothing they say is at all insightful or adds anything to anyone's understanding of what's unfolding in front of them; they're trying to justify their jobs even though they know exactly as much as you do about what's happening.

I think the angle the prosecution is going for is that the paramedics didn't think Floyd looked like he had overdosed and didn't tell this doc that Floyd overdosed therefore the fact that Floyd had ingested 50 kilograms of fent and meth doesn't matter. Which is fucking stupid, but the jury is also probably fucking stupid.

I'm sure the defense is going to ask something like "if the medics had told you that Mr. Floyd had ingested fentanyl and methamphetamine prior to his cardiac arrest, would that have made toxicity one of your more likely causes of the arrest?"

We've seen the video of him twitching and literally foaming at the mouth. If they didn't even consider an OD they're a bunch of fucking retards. What does a dead guy who OD'd even look like unless he's covered in his own vomit or has a needle sticking out of his arm? Oh, yeah, he looks like a dead guy.
