At this point I'm almost convinced that this clown parade is being done specifically to mock us and Derek's guilty verdict is already guaranteed anyway. If that happens it'll be peak 2020+1.

Discussion between the judge and the lawyers for both sides talking about the objection made by the Defence's lawyer. Before covid, this would have been done by the lawyers walking up to the judge and talking in a low voice with a noise maker running. The headphones are probably for muh social distancing.

I think the defense should do exactly that. Have one cop trained in this technique do this to another in exactly the same manner it was done to Floyd. Then after nine minutes or so, he can get up completely unharmed and take a bow.

I'd point out that in the Kate Steinle case the prosecutor declined to let people pull the trigger of a Sig Sauer P239

You know the case where a 5x deported illegal immigrant claimed a gun with a 10 pound trigger pull 'accidentally' went off three times because it was wrapped in a t-shirt.

The DA at the time George Gascon is now over at Los Angeles where he waves away violent felonies.

Its possible they got confused and are working under the plan to convict George Floyd of being a reprobate crackhead nigger felon in abstentia. They might have confused Derek Chauvin as another defense attorney.

She really should have looked into this before the trial
it sounds like she's asking him because she doesn't know rather than trying to get him to admit to any wrong doing or explaining to the jury
