I get your argument, and to a point I'd say I agree with it, but I do think that when body modification stuff has to be carried out by doctors, there need to be professional standards of practice in place to regulate the procedures. Having a license to practice medicine should mean something, and thus when a doctor violates not only ethical standards but also professional standards of care, there should be legal ways to hold them accountable.

If a troon wants a procedure that will actively diminish or downright eradicate the functionality of an organ system (such as the horrifying "futa" surgery or extreme shaving down of the orbital bone to the point of causing their brain to herniate) doctors should be obligated by law to turn them down. There is one crazy troon, Chloe Jennings-White, who also has BIID, who wants his spine surgically severed so that he will become a literal paraplegic. AFAIK no doctor was crazy or greedy enough to take on his case, but doing so should not be legal in any case.

I do think that transtrending is a thing, and we're going to be seeing a lot of detransitioning, suicides and other shit happen in the coming years. We're seeing arguments about "social contagion" occurring amongst troon clusters, to explain how you get huge anomalies in what is supposedly a 'very small' segment of the population. It reminds me a lot of when I was in high school and the attention seekers declared they were bisexual or gay, yet 10+ years later they're happily married and living a domesticated life. You seem to have hilariously misunderstood how sexual communication works - between the sexes and within them. "Hanky code" was a pragmatic invention that served the purpose of streamlining hook-ups in the gay community so that people would not have to waste time conversing with a man who wasn't into the same kind of activities. A corresponding system has never existed amongst the straights, because - surprise surprise - women don't have sex this way. The only fetish that consistently turns up in women is masochism, and it's not something she'll bring up on the first date, if she has it.

If that was the case we would see more whores catering to extreme fetishes - very few actually do, which shows there is a market, but it’s far smaller than for vanilla sex. An exception might be anal which more and more prostitutes now provide since it’s become normalized by porn - and again, even here something that’s a fetish for otherwise normal people counts as normal for homos.

The heterosexual male & female relationship is very unique. There's studies to indicate that when involved in a romantic relationship a woman's testosterone goes up while a man's testosterone goes down a little, so they can be more receptive to each other romantically. This doesn't happen with gays.
