Correct me if I'm wrong but even if Digi and his gang are also in the wrong, wouldn't the law still come down on Ralph way harder since he's been imprisoned for violent behavior before?
Pretty sure they aren't going to talk about it anymore because they're attempting to build a case. Like even if they got in legal trouble, it's pretty apparent that Ralph would get fucked over way harder if they decided to pursue this and they all probably really fucking hate Ralph right now so I bet they're willing to take a chance if it means fucking over The Gunt.
