As someone who watched Digi in 2015 and knew about Ralph as that faggot with a shitty blog all the way back in gamergate, I never could have imagined these 2 interacting at all, let alone this shit happening.

Same. I was a PCP listener from the first 25 or so episodes, and the track that has led to this mashup is mind boggling.
 
Ralph can't reach/see past his gunt to tie his shoes. That's why he's always wearing sandals and the times we've seen him wearing Timberlands, they weren't tied. He probably has to have help putting socks on and then he slips into the sandals. He might have one of those sock helper things that you can get to put the socks on.
