Tony Robbins has made 600 million dollars though his self help books, life coaching and seminars and he did this without having to blame anyone. Peterson teaches a room full of spergs that the evil, leftist society is out to get them and then collects his paycheck from spouting a bunch of 'blame game' bullshit to mentally unstable people. Just think about that for a moment.

Peterson may blame every seemingly ''leftist'' group in the book for the worlds problems, his problems and the problems of young men but there is one thing he conveniently leaves out: ''Pills''. Of every so called threat he's identified he never seemed to talk about addiction. If anything would be coming for him it would be another overdose.

LMAO, it's good that you don't play that blame game, right?

There is so much wrong with Peterson, but so much more with each of your posts.

I did a single google search and found a video of him talking about the threat of drug addiction:

I don't think he talks about society being evil leftist, either. He rather argues for harmony between left and right from a soft-right perspective.

This is one of the thread's that I've learned to enjoy during the last year or so; mainly because of the immense amount of sperging from the exact kind of people that Jordan Peterson warns about. Call it circular reasoning if you will, but it's true nonetheless. Petersons's detractors in this thread seems to be the exact same type of people they've been since Peterson's explosion in popularity: the kind who needs to clean their penis.

"I agree with Peterson. I think he's alright."
"B-b-b-but the orange juice! The addiction!"

It's just funny! :)

I meant his own addiction. He was in active addiction during the promotion of his first book.

He's a 'Tory' which is hard right on fiscal issues but he personally appears to also have social conservative views. Many Americans don't understand Canadian politics or know anything about our political spectrum. For your education:

Canadians ain't American. Peterson only pretends to understand and fit in with American political culture. He doesn't. No Canadian ever has. If you examine every policy I posted in the picture above you'll see we're nearly interlocked with United Kingdom with our version of Conservatism. Canadian ''Leftism'' isn't a thing like the American version either. It's fairly close to ''Labour'' in the UK.

I think they're just slightly bigger loons than him, tbh.

I mean in that video he's saying that an addiction isn't a response to cues, but rather a complete personality. And the example with which he proves this is simply by giving the example of the response to a cue. It's completely circular.

And that's not even looking at how he tried to deal with benzo addiction himself.

He says so many zany things that he's not hard to make fun of.

I don't have to be canadian or american to see that you're coming at this with your own axe to grind and with little interest in grinding that axe in a truthful manner.

Certainly. I've had my own thoughts on Peterson change immensely since I started reading this thread — to the detriment of Peterson; it's just that the bashing on him in this thread exceeds that which is reasonable. I find it far more plausible to envision Peterson as a flawed man with a largely correct message, rather than "an evil grifter who makes money on his anti-leftist opinions! Can't you hear the dogwhistle from this incompetent man?" He's not a loon, but he does have problems. Perhaps that makes him even more suited to talk about the kinds of topics he likes to dwelve into, even if he stumbles?

Is there a reaction for cope? Imagine sperging to protect coma daddy because someone telling you to clean your room is life changing advice for you. And then projecting your sperging onto others because god forbid someone insult your neet prophet in a lolcow thread. Wrong website, kid.

The ''Axe'' is the ridiculousness of it all. I mentioned nationality for a reason, Peterson does a hokey impersonation of an American Christian Conservative to appeal to them. This was for financial reasons. He did an impersonation of a ''father'' to appeal to a bunch of young sperglets. I don't know how so many people seemed to fall for this con especially south of the border. He also picked a time of 'political upheavel' in another country in order to release his book. How come his book wasn't wildly popular in Canada? .. it isn't because Canada is some evil leftist place, it's because Canada is largely political stable and people aren't saddled with half the issues south of the border or the type of political divisions (and he knows it).

You continue to repeat reasons why you don't like him, rather than explain or cover for why you lied about him. That's why I think you've a particularly blunt axe to grind with him.

Of course Canada is pretty far left-wing. You're adding the "evil" to victimise yourself. It's a kind of darvo. I'm fairly sure he's never called the left wing evil, or even something close to approximating it. I think the worst is that he once called a group "the barbarians at the gate", but they were literally destroying the building. But yeah, Canada is pretty far left-wing. It's alright, you do you. Seems to work well for my canadian family and I loved going to canada when I was younger.

Why else would you have Castro's son sit on the throne of prime ministerhood?

Canada is not far left. It's center right. But to an American everyone is far left but you, right? never mind the fact that Canada has a skill and education based immigration system (which you do not) and never had a market collapse in 2008 because of tightly regulated banking (who would have thought).

Are you trying to compare Canada to Cuban level socialism because we have some version of a public healthcare system? do you not realize almost every westernized country (and many third world) has one too. And so do you (medicare, medicaid-- not for all but still funded by uncle sam).

Oh.. and Is Trudeau Castros son? probably. But who cares.

The Tax monster bullshit is also completely unfounded. Canadians in most provinces pay less income taxes than most states. And corporations pay significantly less corporate taxes. American companies are moving to Canada for the tax breaks.

I'm Dutch, ya dip. Why do you think I'm such a know it all?

Wtf are you even talking about? I don't think you need me for this conversation.

Canada is actually center right Canada isnt socialist blah blah blah Jordan Peterson would say you sound extremely defensive and anxious and you should have a benzo or ten bottles of em like him. Hes familiar with the literature, hes read it all, hes merely telling you the consistent results of close analysis of very sophisticated statistical models on the propriety of eating xanax like m&ms

Uhuh, But a popular misconception is that Canada is ''socialist''. This gets repeated incorrectly by Americans (largely) over and over again. It gets tiresome and isn't true.
I think you should go to deep thoughts if you want to discuss canadian politics, it doesn't really seem that relevant tbh.

And maybe stop lying about things and self-victimising putting words into people's mouth as if they called you or your politics evil when they haven't.

you should have a benzo

Let's all have one.

Haha, I suppose I should have expected that we're dealing with the equivalent of the too-cool-for-school teenager here.

There is a reaction for cope — Null has graced us with the "Mad at the Internet" sticker. The hat is a particularly eloquent representation of your kind. I can practically smell your fedora, unwashed beard and smelly benis. Clean your room!

Can't believe no one posted his unhinged tiktoks. A man his age should not be making tiktoks.

And if you didn't pick up on his message, he's listing a bunch of great minds of our time and their vices/addictions, as if he's on the same level as them. All while being dressed as some sort of mime or spaghetti man.
