All I did was slap some tattoos on some random anime girl and boom, you get like six hundred people following you. It's not a very high effort thing to do.

Not always because they enjoy humiliation. I have seen many show signs of deep shame and regret. They can tell on some level this fetish is a level 4 life ruiner, one which will create endless problems when it comes to intimacy. I liken this exposure to a priest flagellating themselves, its part of the shame process of self-hatred after the fact (the fact often being cumming with these types).
