Rumer has a really weird technique where she sadistically and I assume on purpose leaves all her patients with an angry inch of erectile tissue that causes them permanent, life long suffering ever afterwards. And her work looks like she flies into a blind rage in the middle of the surgery and just starts randomly slashing at the patient's crotch with her scalpel. It's like nothing else in the business.

Yeah, it used to be that searching for a lolcow's name would almost always bring up their KF thread in the first page or two of results. I think Null mentioned somewhere that search engines (especially google) started nuking KF's page rank / SEO score a couple years ago for being an evil ~doxxxxxing~ site. Very lame.

I checked out of curiosity. Searching for "Dr. Kathy Rumer" brings up this thread on page 5 for google (lol, completely buried). Much better on DuckDuckGo - it's the 16th result for me, so basically the equivalent of google's page 2. On a completely neutral search engine like Yandex, this thread is on the bottom of page 1!
Goes to show how far google in particular has fallen. Extremely censorious, probably because of all the tech troons with programming socks that work for them now.

How long untill Ol' Doc Kat is the next one on the Farm's lawsuit heap? She definitely seems like the type of parasite who would file an obvious SLAPP if all the troons figure out she's a butcher and stop coming in.

she butchers any women that go under her knife, it just happens that more men get their genitalia mangled because it is a "better" surgery than phalloplasty (which is to say that phalloplasty is that much worse than vaginoplasty). I don't imagine she cares about any of this shit or any of the people she operates on. I doubt she is a lesbian because she has made such an effort to appear to be an LGBTQ ally, and if she were a part of it why wouldn't she just say so? AGPs are always looking for the approval of lesbians. It would help business in my estimation.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I have read policies that say they will cover surgery x (in the case I am thinking of it was gastric bypass) but no coverage for any complications or follow up due to complications. They make it very clear that you're gambling your financial future if you get certain procedures.

The real challenge here is to get another surgeon to diagnose a problem with someone elses surgery. There aren't a ton of surgeons doing this work and they don't want to get each other in trouble or the whole house of cards might collapse. It also might mean becoming a co-defendant if the troon is litigious and you can't fix their problem. Every single one of these surgeons has ruined someone's perfectly good genitals, its just statistically what happens if you try to radically alter an organ system. There are often not many surgeons in the same state so you might have to travel out of state for a consult that just says "lol nothing I can do", they might not even be willing to give you a diagnosis of a problem on your chart. In cases like that, where you can't get a doctor to say that anything is wrong, the insurance company just sees you getting a bunch of consultations for no discernable reason, and might start trying to deny claims.

It disproves the idea that troons have a body mapping issue, like was previously claimed, since that is how phantom limb develops. The neurologist that found a way to relieve the pain (making an optical illusion with mirrors that makes it look like the limb is still there) is a pretty cool dude.

I am gonna go out on a limb here and say that I actually do feel sorry for AGPs, and I will explain why. The internet censors that information as well as possible, and the trans groups act like its apostacy to look into it. I have seen a handful of guys online who were going to transition, but found out that its just a fetish and quit transitioning and identifying as women. They were relieved that it was a fetish, that they could decide their own level of involvement in it, and decide how much of their life they would spend on it, and that it does not have to be an identity. Right now therapists and strangers will tell these paraphilic males that they need to change their entire lives and if they don't their misery will be so great that suicide is a justified reaction. They are literally counseled to broadcast their fetish to the entire world including family and coworkers, take drugs and possibly endure surgery. That's pretty fucking grim when its really about cooming. I'm thinking about that troon that killed themselves after lots of transition surgeries (remilia??)- he wasn't given accurate information, and found out the hard way that when your sex drive is surgically removed, its actually really horrifying to see what you've done to your body. The run of the mill mentally ill people being roped into this shit deserve better, too, even if most of them are horrible people regardless of their mental problems. Medical ethics demand that everyone gets adequate information about their condition or else they cannot make an informed decision, even nazis or pedos or whatever, judgment isn't supposed to be a part of the profession.

I used to think that, but over time, experience has caused me to change that viewpoint.

If you look at the most toxic pieces of shit affiliated with the labyrinthine web that is the Rat King, the worst ones genuinely do not give a single solitary fuck about the trans community or anyone in it, beyond one core ideal: using their identity as a cudgel with which to browbeat people. This is one of the biggest reasons that the most toxic people in said community are, by coincidence, the ones that pass the least and put the least effort in. If you look at Rhys McKinnon, Jonathan Yaniv, Greta Gustava, Sophie Labelle, and Zinnia Jones, and so on, the unifying trait is not that they're trans - it's that they cheerfully use their platform to try to force other people to bend the knee to them.

Ultimately, they don't give a hot shit about transgenderdom - for these tools, it's about power, the same way it is for every power-tripping gender-as-identity Discord mod and every angry self-important tumblrette or redditor who believes they have the god-given right to be dicks to people because they've stumbled into the perimeter of trans wisdom. And all of them, if you know where to look, you can see the proof in their actions. Nothing angers any of them more than someone looking at them and saying "no" in no uncertain terms.

You'd think, but trans people are essentially classified as human salvage in the medical community. Thats the consequence of "surgery or die" mentality that plagues the current conversation.

If the result of not getting the surgery is death, the punishment for your patient dying under the knife or after is... nothing. I've seen this firsthand with my friend almost dying when he got his legs mangled and a doc tried to Frankenstein them together instead of just removing them. He was praised because he was successful in restoring blood flow. Now apply this to SRS and you get the problem.

There are alternatives they could be given. It's not their fault for trusting their doctors. It's there responsibility maybe, but it's not their fault.

Probably a coinflip from a legal perspective, on her part. Unlike her unfortunate patients, there's no mandatory arbitration clause that she can use as leverage to shut the Farms up. Actually going to court might attract a lot more attention than she would prefer.

The followup thought I just had is: "If Gender Dysphoria was a real thing and not made up thanks to Money et all, they'd feel like they had "phantom vaginas" and the inverse of a phantom penis, i.e., the penis would feel like it was some sort of alien limb."

Which would 100% be a mental illness, just like if I suddenly became convinced my left arm wasn't supposed to be there.
 
I really can't imagine how horrible on every level it must be to have had SRS. Granted, I am a (passably) sane, healthy male, so I have a natural fear of losing my dick n' balls, but once you've had that horrible shit done to you, where do you go from there? It would be reasonable to make the best of a bad situation and try to cope as well as you can. However, your only options are to sink yourself even deeper into delusion in an effort to convince yourself that it wasn't all a horrific mistake, or accept that you've wrecked your body for nothing and you'll have to spend the rest of your days with fucked hormones and cruelly disfigured genitals.

This whole gender confusion to suicide pipeline is some seriously heinous shit, and I don't know if we'll ever see a modicum of justice for it in this world.

This is a known phenomenon, and some have posited that it may be related to transgenderism. Unfortunately, further research into the condition probably won't happen while this whole circus is going on.
