Anony's worked for free for Phil for 3 years. His worst faults are being into mildly degenerate shit, mostly in private or with people who are also into mildly degenerate shit. And falling for Phil's bullshit in the first place.
as fuck but it is a real possibility that he just doesn't want to be an accessory to an obvious scammer any more. He's already said that he's not allowed to confirm whether the Mod Discord is real. That's basically confirming it. It's clear Phil wouldn't piss on him if he was on fire, since he's not even informing his community, Anony's actual buddies, of where he's gone and why. He's most likely already headed to the chaosrealm01 for even mingling with detractor groups superficially. Phil's chat, contrary to what he was saying, is in complete disarray with no one to clean it up and the disses are only getting bolder. Some dudes even manage to @ Phil multiple times telling him to pay attention to their insults with no ban in sight.
I know all of the regular posters on this board are pretty cool dudes and dudettes. Anonymouse is new though, and he probably doesn't know that already. If it's really him, this situation probably feels heavy. He's spent a lot of time building a relationship with Phil and his chat regulars. Now, due to Phil's personality he's gonna get thrown under the bus, memory holed, and his name will be an autobanned word on Phil's streams like he's Subarumort. The last three years of his online life are gonna be simply gone. I doubt Phil will put up with even the comparatively low level of perceived betrayal Anony has already shown with the simple "I'm not allowed to confirm it." He could just enter the chat under a new name, but nobody would recognize him. And if they eventually did, the new mahds would be ordered to get that shit outta here like a regular Sidella. The farms isn't even that heavy on direct social interaction unless you're on the Discord, but I'm sure a lot of us would miss it a little if it got erased tomorrow.
Phil's recent 100 luck, unkillable, Only Phil Burnell can cancel Darksydephil rant seemed like tempting fate. Well, this might be it. In the end, let's be honest, Phil was right. As long as Twitch lets him peddle his obvious bullshit to scam helpless idiots out of their weekly allowance, all the detractors could ever really do is track his earnings and pull apart his obvious lies. I am sure we dissuade some people from donating just by existing, but we hardly affect Phil's bottom line. The real knife to the heart could only come from an insider. Between Phil's paranoia, dumb luck that Leanna never really talked about him, and the fact that no detractor was ever going to go deep undercover, in spite of his claims that we're dedicated to ruining his life, the fact is that Anony's essentially donning the Infinity Gauntlet right now.
In reality, Anony's line of "I'm not allowed to confirm it" is already the ultimate nail in Phil's coffin; The Mahd discord is real, and so is the gacha money pit. Anony saying this already implies that all the other mods, obviously, know. Phil could try to lean on Goken to say that the mod discord isn't real... But the timing sure would be odd. For all these months, none of his mods have stepped forward to say that there isn't a mod discord. Now, Anony has said that he's not allowed to confirm there is one. But a solid, verified confirmation would actually signal the beginning of the final saga at long last: Goutfall. Even if Phil was able to carry on scamming and lying his ass off as usual, his credibility would be tanked and Twitch most likely wouldn't be able to play dumb any longer. Phil's still alive there because of one simple thing: It hasn't been proven that all his undeniable distress is feigned. The second WWE Champions becomes officially confirmed, Twitch is gonna give Phil the human cannonball treatment.
I feel like this needed saying. I know nobody on this forum fucked with SubaruJeff to get him spooked back then, and I hope we don't spook or offend anony enough that he just bails. If it's really him. We might not hear of him again. He might just bail in hopes Phil will take him back. Phil won't. In any case, Anony's got the beast in his sights. Whether he wants to take the shot or not is ultimately up to him. But I hope we as a community, in case it's real, can help him want to take it. Because it would be funny, it would make Phil sweat like a motherfucker, and even if this sounds mushy and dumb, it would be the right thing to do. Phil's scam IS harmful. Preying on vulnerable people like that is not okay. It's not strictly the idiot's fault to be parted with his money all too easily if some pudgy middle aged asshole is telling the idiot his cat is gonna starve unless he can get 100 bucks and the idiot just happens to like cats. We laugh a lot at the paypigs here, hell, I'm one of the first who gleefully jumped onto the "Let's upgrade them to cashslaves!" train Pretty Boy Extremism started.
These people are generous idiots, and if Phil was removed from the equation, they're the exact type of generous idiots that might help someone that actually needs it. Some of them know and don't care, and are happy to throw their money into a burning dumpster, sure. But I'd have a hard time thinking that Sidella or Derish are smart enough to figure out Phil's bullshit. Phil tells us to get help and get better frequently. Guys like OIC who are on a self destructive path to ruin by blowing money on something completely fucking retarded are the ones who actually need help. But Phil's all too happy to cheer them on as they go through their savings so he can buy another Hogen jpeg. OIC, my guy, if you happen to read this: Just stop, delete your accounts, and move on with your life. Phil doesn't like you and he never will. You're not getting a sword. You're failing to even make him play games he hates. You claim to hate the detractors and the detractors think you're cucked beyond salvation. If this tiny section addressed at you makes you quit, good. If it makes you whale harder, I will laugh until the cows come home.
And lastly, just the fact that in this theoretical endgame scenario Phil survived the mean streets of kinneticut, got by Jaha without deservingly getting his teeth kicked in, was allowed to flake on Viscant, survived Rambo's dressing down, somehow retained enough of Leanna's loyalty for her to not do a tell-all, scammed his own mother (Biological one, not acquired) out of 4K and got away scot free, and gave Nancy the slip with an obviously bullshit bankruptcy... Only to get fucking creamed by his nicest mod. One of people who posed the least amount of threat to Phil. One of the few people who didn't even want to see him fail.
I'd give the writers an Oscar, tbh. It would be the craziest fucking rehash of THE BUTLER DID IT in the last hundred years.
