Because you're charged with reckless endangerment. We don't know why you were, or if it was even true that you did that, but we do know for a fact you were charged with reckless endangerment. And from the little information we have, it sounds like it was due to trying to derail a train. If you would just inform us of what thing they said you did to warrant the charges, we would drop it.

Heh, I didn't even intend it that way, I just noticed that too after replying to him immediately in anger. So I guess they charged you with real charges of reckless endangerment for trying to derail the train, @Schuylkill Valley.

Also I've been told the road to hell is paved with door-to-door salesmen and have it on good authority that hell has the best music.
