He has a Pennsylvania Dutch accent. I couldn't really tell much else about him besides that on whether he sounds like one in real life too.He writes like a exceptional individual, but i'm wondering... does he sound like one too?

Agreed. Well, poor education, dyslexia, laziness, and the fact that he is in a near-constant state of Natty Boh-induced stupor. We've been slinging it around, but I don't think Len's actually slow in the mind. His mangling of the language could easily be explained by a poor education and possibly dyslexia. He's probably about average intelligence, but his autism can certainly impede clear thinking.
Even if he can't spell due to dyslexia, that doesn't mean that he isn't stupid. Once again, Len thinks that there is a conspiracy to ruin his life and his defense is that he saw a train going too fast. He shit himself to get out of doing work. You might be able to attribute some of it to Len being crazy, but no one can be this delusional without being at least dense, so I'm going to retain my opinion that Len is certifiably retarded. We've been slinging it around, but I don't think Len's actually slow in the mind. @Saul Goodman I'll be your sparring partner. I'm fat (not as fat as Len) and I'm sure in my sordid past I've done something you would consider worthy of a good pummeling.
Yeah, the whole attempted derailment thing. But I was wondering, since this was on the docket,EDIT: @BOLDYSPICY! from what I've been able to piece together, he was recording the train for one of his hate sites, and had put something on the track to make it slow down, and when it didn't, that somehow proves it was speeding. Of course, he trespassed to get to the tracks, and he was inside the property line while filming, so that's how he got those charges. I could be wrong about this, but Len is a serial liar and keeps changing his story, so it's really hard to tell.

https://youtube.com/watch?v=-xRNsazWhH4An interesting solo jaunt, narrated by our friend. It's interesting to hear the extended narration when no trains are present. Notice the subtle vocal tone and inflections which are shared with many other cows.
Thanks alot! But unfortunately, he set it on privateWatch. Listen. Enjoy.
From my previous comment on the video linked by @John Daker:
Leonard F. Shaner Jr. speaks these words in the video: "It's hard to walk and talk at the same time."
I also like the way he starts gasping for breath after taking about three steps.
I just watched a video where a Pennsylvania Dutch accent is demonstrated, and I have a hard time picturing Shiner speak this way. Then again, I read all of @Schuylkill Valley's posts with a slight Southern drawl, like our dear late Bob's accent. He has a Pennsylvania Dutch accent. I couldn't really tell much else about him besides that on whether he sounds like one in real life too.
maybe this was him trying to derail a trainhttp://definitions.uslegal.com/r/reckless-endangerment/
Reckless endangerment is a crime consisting of acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. The accused person isn't required to intend the resulting or potential harm, but must have acted in a way that showed a disregard for the foreseeable consequences of the actions. The charge may occur in various contexts, such as, among others, domestic cases, car accidents, construction site accidents, testing sites, domestic/child abuse situations, and hospital abuse. State laws and penalties vary, so local laws should be consulted.

@Schuylkill Valley , I still want to know what the three counts of reckless endangerment were about.

Is that what the video shows?I don't know, you ask Preston. I was standing up on a hill side.
Two things I want to say about that video:Here's one where you can clearly hear Len's voice. There's another one where you could hear him say that he likes to have fun.
Don't worry, I saved both videos onto my computer.

He knows why, he's just afraid that if he says it, it'll prove his detractors right.Do I understand this correctly?
You are charged with three counts of reckless endangerment. And you don't know why.
Please reply if that is correct.
