Ok, I need some clarification. Is he claiming both pics are of him, or just the one on the left (using the one on the right for reference)? My experience with troon genitals is limited to KF and the chans, but the one on the right looks pretty old as far as axe wounds go. Those scars aren't less than a month old. Aren't they pretty much fucked for months afterwards?

It's been said before but these surgeons really are butchers. I don't think they give a shit about anything but money. Look at all the mentally deranged on this site who've got GRS with no issues.
