Their login page says you can use the contact form to request a username and have an account created and emailed to you. I think just that automatic registration is closed.

Be aware that Tom is super repetitive and tends to just post the same response over and over again. He isn't very creative.

So Tommy apparently reported to Iowa City that the Hoffman Gang was looking to launder money through a local restaurant. I'm not 100% sure this is legit, but it is alleged that this is the tracking for his case report:
