It looks to me, on his security video, that there is a Fireman standing in the far back against the wall when they breach the door. If so, JJYS has zero case... Let me paint the picture in case JJYS is reading this:

A person calls 911 for being unable to exit a bathtub several times a day for several days.
This address is known to responders as having an occupant who is:
-Frequently suicidal
-Under a court ordered weapons prohibition
-Currently facing assault charges.

It would entirely be reasonable for the police to respond a long with EMS to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
The presence of a firefighter tells that a 911 call was indeed place by someone.

This would, hands down, meet the criteria for exigent circumstances, giving police full right to enter the premises to assess the situation.
 
A fireman breached the door for the cops with a Halligan. Once breached, the cop kicked the door open. There are two cops, a fireman, and what are probably two EMTs in the hallway. The cops went in to secure the scene and make sure that there wasn't danger present for EMS.

I also have no doubt that Jonathan has every inch of his condo covered by cameras. If the police did anything beyond looking for a fat retarded tranny, he would have posted those videos too.

The cameras are how he knew the exact places they were looking and his stupid rhetorical questions like "why would they be moving towels and blankets looking for a six foot human being?" ignore the fact that he's known for having illegal weapons AND that they were likely looking for signs of foul play.

I finally read his full post on FB. If what he is saying is remotely true the police have very serious concerns about his relationship with his mother.

Side note, even his 6' tall claim is a lie. In his passport application, he lists himself as 5'11".
 
I was curious as to the cost of appliances re fat boy getting in and out of the bath as he continuously cries poverty and I found a BC site (plenty out there) where he could rent until he's back waddling under his own steam.

From $40 per month he could rent similar to this, that's approx $10 per week off of his $950 monthly food bill. killing two birds with one stone....the old trout could just be around to make sure he slides across safely to get on/off.

@shortstack It’s a composite of some sort. It’s probably fire rated, as in, can resist direct flame without igniting for the req period. It’s a 2 hour rating in Common Property areas In Australia, pos similar in Canuckistan. Fire safety and access are priorities over aesthetics, and any repair and replacement would have to comply with current regulations and Body Corporation bylaws.

His self confessed and documented ability to travel by car for hours for a meal outside the house puts paid to any last minute motion to delay, for medical reasons, his upcoming appearance on the Rebel News reporter assault charge.

Yes to all of this. This is clearly a instance where breaking down a door is 100% reasonable from first responders. The fact that Yaniv has made several suicidal threats throughout the year makes it even more lawful. I love the camera footage because you can tell everyone there knows how bullshit Yaniv is by the body language.
