You don't have a lawyer Len, you would have told us their name by now if that were the case.
 
Len has retained a lawyer for cash, he isn't representing himself, as hysterical as that would be. Also, not a public defender. That is why he is pussyfooting around a lot of these details, the lawyer told him not to sperg out and talk to folks about the case. Then again, he could just be deflecting, and actually be representing himself pro se (?), as we know Len isn't exactly truthful in his dealings with the other humans.

Also, Len, you're making your lawyers job that much harder. How many more crimes are you going to commit before August 10th?

Obviously, if Shaner was in the bag during the time this alleged trespassing occurred, then he could not have been at the railroad, as railroads do not and never will have bags in their vicinity.
At least that's what his numbingly autistic brain thinks.
 
Well, if he did hire a lawyer (which would be smart) then he'll for sure just pay a fine and get probation. He'll still have a record though. ;)

It's pure speculation but I would find it hilarious if his lawyer would try to use anything from this site at this hearing considering:
