I wouldn't put that passed him at all, but that means that he thinks one of us is that kid* apparently.
So by that logic he's getting trolled by a kid and is attempting to threaten a kid and post his face in a forum of total strangers which may include actual predators for all Len knows.

I doubt that even in Pennsylvania -- where kids spend seven years in high school and the state police investigate prank phone calls -- can an individual prosecute another privet, concern citizen for violating the state's criminal code. The charges were filed by the office of whatever passes for a district attorney in Pennsylvania.
