Ralph and his FED shirt remind me of Bob's Burgers and the suit episode where the mortician next door gives him a suit from a dead body and suddenly Bob is getting all kinds of respect he wasn't getting before. Except in this timeline it's an alcoholic trailer trash midget with a T-Shirt instead of a suit. Who brags about a T-Shirt and how big of a hit it is? I feel this is overlooked from the weekend with all the revenge porn and arrest drama. It's just so sad and pathetic.

That's why I said earlier that it should be adopted out (since an abortion is apparently too rational a choice for those breeder fucks in the Vickers family--and of course, Gunt wants that, so that takes it off the table as an option).

Say all you want about removing the kid from its family, that is a worthy debate, but remember: if it's given away, it'll be another added layer of protection from Gunt. No way should that inbred sped be near it.

It involves a group of retarded people doing retarded things that have already happened. The Vickers might be better off with a civil suit, which I bet Mr. Vickers is already thinking about.

This is gonna be weird and trashy enough the prosecutor might have fun wasting his time on it.
 
I don't really care about the outcome of the case. I'm just hoping Ralph dumps his nest egg into lawyer fees so that we get to see him desperately grift. Child support would just be icing and the Vickers are certainly scornful enough by now to squeeze him for all he's worth.

From all the evidence we have compiled regarding this case in particular, I can't see a conviction in a criminal case. Even though it's clear as day that Ralph did in fact release the the video proving it criminally will be very difficult. Faith is not a credible enough witness to testify without getting eviscerated and she recorded herself saying she was absolutely sure that Ralph wasn't involved in the release of revenge porn. She also has a clear motive to lie about it now. The Vickers would need some kind of concrete evidence showing that Faith was under duress during the recording of that video. They would also need some concrete evidence that Ralph himself leaked it intentionally. This is disregarding the fact that Ralph has probably been building up a folder on Faith this entire time with things he can use to discredit her further, outside of her already insane behavior we know about.

If Faith had gone home with her parents and pursued this immediately she would have had a much better case. I think they would have been better off pursuing this civilly, as there may be things released that will torpedo a civil lawsuit during a criminal trial.

I have a question since I'm dumb and don't know shit about law. Wasn't faith in the looney bin supposedly when the tape was dropped? Is it possible to prove that because she was locked up in the looney bin she couldn't possibly consent to the release of the tape because 1. she had no contact with ralph or 2. she was not of sound mind. The reason I'm asking this is because I thought retroactive consent wasn't a thing so if they prove her in inability to consent at the moment it doesn't matter what she said after since he committed the crime.

Either way I feel like the Vickers being online and messing around like they did might look bad to the court and hurt their case.

It's still hard for me to believe that he's a 35 year old man. Getting with a mentally ill teenager who has already accused other men of abuse and then impregnating her, breaking up with her after a few months because you were trying to work a polyamorous relationship with a third woman, living in a drug and alcohol haze and punching cops, airing out all your relationship shit online - these are things that stunted 19 year old boys do, not someone in their fucking 30s.

It's seems a pretty easy arguement to make that Ralph is an alcholic who does shit he regrets/doesn't remember (like trying to fight a police woman).

The pregnant teenager acting irrationally is a lot more sympathetic than the fat fuck in his 30s who's got hours of recorded evidence of themselves being blackout drunk.
