Ralph thinks the cops were "on the same page" as him. Oldest trick in the book, they were fishing for information and they got it. Everything he said can and will be used against him. Holy shit, what an idiot.
 
he sounds absolutely terrible tonight and with baked having covid and the two having spent lots of time together in the same places im willing to be ethan ralph does indeed have covid so thats another expense on top of court room fees
 
The Revenge Porn case is pretty much open and shut, despite what the naysayers are claiming.
Faith was in a psych ward when the sex tape dropped. She could NOT have done it.
There are also lots of texts between them with Faith asking about it and Ralph claiming he got hacked.
There are further texts where Faith finds out he actually did it and responded with "God-fucking-damn you."
Faith's motivations for going to the law are irrelevant. The only thing that matters is that Ralph actually did that shit.

Man I don't even know, it's such a bizarre circumstance that I feel like a judge might just toss it out and not want to deal with it. Might depend on the judge but I'd imagine they wouldn't want to fucking deal with this kind of shit. No idea though.

I think that's the part that making it hard for even Ralph to hide his fear. He knows he guilty. If he's going to beat this it's going to be on a technicality or because all the things he made Faith say after the fact covered up his tracks.

The worst, worst part about all this....is that Ethan will be banned from visiting The Farms while in the clink. He will probably shave his face, buy a moo moo, and give up that ass in there for months just to get enough cigs so he can have a celly smuggled in via Tyrone's ass. All for a day or two of browsing The Farms. Then the battery will die. Terrible.
 
This is a tough time for Ralph but... At least his studio looks neater. Shame it'll go unused once he's locked up.
