Gunt is just baiting us. Guaranteed. If it were real he wouldn't be saying it like that, he would be cursing him out and threatening to drop dirt on him. 100% trying to get us to jump on something fake to make us look gullible.

It's probably the lead-in to a "he denounced me over my choice of liquor/cigars" bit or something like that, where he did "call Ethan out" but in a jocular way and over an "issue" incredibly minor and subjective.

Ralph's brain works like a female brain. He just wanted to tell everyone that he is "backstage" and posted the first dumb joke that he could think of.

If Ralph had sold it in a believable way, like pretending to be outraged and screaming and threatening Nick, then it would be funny. His announcement was not in line with his character, therefore there is no way I would fall for it.
Ralph being denounced by anyone and then calmly tweeting that he got denounced is not a thing. It's never happened.
 
He's just providing the content. TBH it's most content since his sandals from last night.

edit, it'll be funny later, once Nicky inevitably actually does it.
 
Nick probably made a joke comment about something Ralph likes "I disavow your choice of X" or "I disavow you for liking Y" and they thought it'd be the height of comedy by tweeting about it in a misleading way to own the haters down the line.
 
Especially considering Nick will actively avoid any confrontation in person. I'm pretty sure he ran and hid from Ron Toye when he saw him after one of the court hearings he attended in TX.
