In Bush V. Gore, the court ruled 7-2 that the statewide recount in Florida violated the Equal Protection Clause.
For today's ruling, it was also 7-2.

The option that he's been taking up until now- continue blustering, and continue raising money until the amount he's spending on SMS spam outweighs the amount he's taking in, then set up a media outlet after President-Elect Biden's inauguration. What options does he have left?
You are a special treasure.Wouldn't this go to the House of Representatives after being kicked out of the Supreme Court?
I blame Trump. If he had used the Insurrection Act to send in the 82nd to wipe out antifa, he might even have won.I blame Democrats for any escalation that happens, had they not defended terrorist like BLM and Antifa many on the right probably wouldn't be going bat shit crazy right now. (Let alone threats from AoC and KH [our own upcoming VP]) Actions have consequences whether the left fails to realize that or not.
Civil war. Trump declares America a dead nation and goes to Texas. What options does he have left?
You know damn well they will continue to screech, while shitting themselves and doing nothingHey I got a question here guys, if Donald Trump does lose is there perhaps other movements or efforts you can put your efforts towards that don't just bow down for the political establishment? I get theres a lot of cringe movements and you'll never 100% agree with a movement, but perhaps you could look towards organizing in your community if you're worried about it. There's a lot of sick people and a lot of hands are needed for charity or advocating for political causes openly.

This means what exactly? In Bush V. Gore, the court ruled 7-2 that the statewide recount in Florida violated the Equal Protection Clause.

lol at them actually doing anything.Wouldn't this go to the House of Representatives after being kicked out of the Supreme Court?
Nah it'll just be the Right's turn to cry like little baby bitches the next 4 years. So this means literally every single one of the Judges said "lolno" to this. Enjoy watching half the country kiss what little trust they had in the government's ability to help goodbye.
No, it goes to the State Electors on Monday (who will either confirm Joe Biden, or there will be a big shitshow where Republican electors walk out; latter is unlikely but meh emotions are high right now), then it goes to the Senate (where there will be an attempt at a shitshow, but Romney and his little gang will ensure Biden is confirmed), and then that's it. No House involvement unless something changes.Wouldn't this go to the House of Representatives after being kicked out of the Supreme Court?
Just a little historical coincidence. This means what exactly?
Being against “Woke faggotry” just means, “I can’t cope with societal change”. You faggots are just hangers on of society who have been repackaging your garbage since the 1940s. You people destroy equality, you people destroy attempts to make America better, you are idol worshiping monkies and the majority rejects you always. I loved my grandparents before they passed because they gave me every trick in the book to avoid you stupid fucks. If woke faggotry dies like the fundism that spawned it I'll be perfectly okay with the GOP being cucked forever.
Then again I've always been Left leaning so white Obama is fine with me.
I've been doing volunteer work for years, and the world had only gotten more grotesque, vicious, and cruel.Hey I got a question here guys, if Donald Trump does lose is there perhaps other movements or efforts you can put your efforts towards that don't just bow down for the political establishment? I don't disagree, I'm more talking about if it could have been averted and or if it had been with downturn whether in a re-election they'd revote Biden. Now no matter what democrats will blame Trump and when or if it happens they'll avoid responsibility like always.Whats coming up is the mother of all economic issues, we are talking about catastrophe on every single possible level by the end of 2022 at most. The economic scales are to shift from the west to the east now, thats what's happening.
For their sake, they better do it. You don't say something like that without either meaning it or getting throttled for something as serious as leaving the Union. All the Republicans can do right now is symbolic tantrums. If they're going to cross the Rubicon, now would be the time but that'd actually make things worse not better. Texas' secession threat could be for realsies this time, though.
I've seen enough videos of Chinese workers getting horribly killed or maimed to know that won't be the case if we're their vassal state.Maybe china taking over isn't that bad.
I am going to commit an ad hominem here but you are more retarded than the levels of retard that I though you were.Touche, fucknozzle. I did, in fact, make an illegal donation to the Trump campaign in 2016 in the hopes that he might actually refrain from sacrificing thousands of American lives and millions of Muslim ones for the Jews, unlike his predecessors. Unfortunately, he failed to follow through on that, just like he didn't build a wall or even deport illegals at a rate anywhere near Obama.
That's fine, most of the money went to the chinks printing them anyway.
I'm not disagreeing with you that they tend to be a death sentence. The problem with the elevated pleading standard is that "plausible on its face" is a standard that allows any activist to run a near infinite loop of mental gymnastics. Take the Sandmann defamation case for example: a clearly left-leaning DC judge used 12(b)(6) to dismiss, and when the appeals court told him that he fucked up, CNN and WaPo almost immediately settled.Functionally, that is a death sentence on the claims. They're not substantiated, and they aren't sustained. This returns to an earlier conversation - "prove there wasn't fraud" generally isn't necessary for the relevant legal bodies to go forward, just so long as you're unable to prove that there was fraud.
Given that the pre-trial evidence would include sworn affidavits and the video evidence and the "statistics" that were largely circulated, I mean. That was the stuff that had everyone believing that there was fraud.
