Fun fact, according to spanish flag code, spain, its provinces and its autonomies have 2 flags. One for INSTITUTIONAL use, meaning if you use it you're proclaiming to be an agent of the state, and one for CIVIL use, meaning if you use it you're proclaiming your patriotism.

The difference is the institutional flag has the shield on it, the civil doesn't. Using the institutional has long since stopped being a crime. But it does drive those of us that know the difference pretty fucking mad.

Because the PA case being rejected is fine, since Texas and the other Southern states have filed a new one merging the PA lawsuit with every other state lawsuit connected to fraud.
