What's the source of the Polka hate? I see a lot of people talking about how she has a dedicated group of haters on 5ch.
 
They are. But they also see Calli as this intimidating, unironic badass when in reality she’s a massive dork. Language barrier is a bitch sometimes.

For what it is worth, Hodgson is part of the "localizers cabal" that has basically infested anything being "translated" that comes out of Japan, from video games to anime dubs. Thankfully, he's low-tier and fringe but he's definitely trying to boost his clout with the cartel through this.

From what is known: Eminem, 2Pac, Snoop Dog, MCR, P!ATD, Radiohead, Tiny Planets, Rapbit, Billie Eilish, THHK(But it falls under Fake-Type i guess), Elliot Hsu, Milky Queen, Scott SK, Hanzoreiza, Queen, Tozaihaidoren (underground pachinko rappers (ye it's a thing, ye it's niche af and probably hard to grasp on their music))...

Everything else is not as known or I'm too lazy to find more info, you can lurk around her cover songs on DD's channel and grab some of the artists from there, or, like me, take a deep dive into her Insta and find some of them from there as well, that i might've missed

I was just coming to post about this too. Judging from the screenshots in the tweets, whoever it is does seem to be doing it with the express purpose of fucking with the various vtubers.

So now we see if Cover does better than what happened with Coco and West Taiwan.
 
Well my internet got knocked out for a day and I come back my archive reps to see to Mori dropping another fat fucking bomb on the place. I swear to god that girl.
