Well the benefit of the fraud has revealed the RINOs and traitors that would have betrayed Trump probably much later. At least every right winger now knows how much compromised is the party.

Okay, so the issue is that the PA legislature passed a law that ended up violating their own constitution (let's ignore that it was a Republican legislature that passed this), as opposed to the PASC making rulings that altered the effect of said act and violated the state legislature's unilateral sovereignty regarding defining election procedure in the state?

He's got a point though, hasn't he? The use of the laches doctrine is, legally speaking, complete bollocks. Firstly because they've never applied it consistently in the past and secondly because if you combine it with the standing doctrine that says you can't sue unless you were harmed you can't sue before the harm and you can't sue after the harm. Hence you have no remedy if your constitutional rights are infringed.

Those are two different things since the Kush and Ivanka were not planning to betray Trump. And Trump probably used them since there were so many snakes around the White House.
 
We're officially two weeks away from the electoral college and it's just more situation monitoring. Christ if our politicians are this useless then we're getting what we fucking deserve.
