I am starting to think Rudy Giuliani isn't the legal genius that people in this thread told me he was

Hold the fuck on. I may be having another elaborate hallucination, but was this shit not exactly what happened in 2000 with the recount, and it inevitably coming out that the Observers were right to object because Bush ultimately did, in fact, win?
Thank God they found their balls and started acting bullish.

Well, one of the harsher lessons to learn from all this is, despite what you'd expect from the profession, judges aren't as impartial as they should be, and it's a shame that a lot of this hedges on just a few people, assuming this all ends up going to SCOTUS.
I'm going to slightly powerlevel and diverge a bit from the main topic of the election, but this statement is worth elaborating upon. I can verify from firsthand professional experience that judges at both the state and federal levels are just as partisan and fucked up as the rest of the country. In fact it's so bad that you can set your watch to how particular legal and factual questions are going to shake out just by knowing what political tribe any particular judge belongs to. It was incredibly demoralizing to me to realize that the law really is a complete sham when I saw with my own eyes how the sausage gets made, and it's an open secret in the legal field that judicial impartiality simply doesn't exist.

This isn't intended to blackpill anyone, but if you're expecting SCOTUS to save the day here, just remember that everyone on that bench is essentially American nobility who have the deepest possible connections to the same swamp that Biden and the rest of the scumbag political class hail from. I have not seen anything in these court cases so far that leads me to believe that the supremes will hand Trump an upset. One caveat, however, is that the PA executive branch does seem to have violated their statute that required ballots to not be accepted past 8pm on November 3rd. That seems to be pretty cut and dry, but I don't know how many ballots that affects or if it will matter one way or the other with the level of chicanery already afoot.
