Yeah looking at Canada's elections it seems Trudeau has somehow managed to win fair and square while under some of the fairest election laws out there, which if anything just serves to show that you can't cure stupid and some countries just need a good nuking.
That's because he's importing most of his voter base. He doesn't need to cheat when he can just import most of his voters

Defense uses the fact that Republicans are leading in some state races ("on the same ballot") in order to argue that plaintiff's contention is not with voter fraud, but with voter choice.

Right, now I see whats going on. This is the blunderbuss approach, throw EVERYTHING at the wall and see what sticks. This is... a bad idea.

So we now know why the left has been kinda silent about all this shit.

They don't have a defense. They can't defend this. Their arguments are pants on head retarded.

This bodes well if it gets up to the SCOTUS.

Defense is now gaslighting that the plaintiff could have raised these issues before the election but did not... when plaintiff did raise these issues before the election and were ignored or rejected

"Because we didn't rig the down-ballot races which we lost we couldn't have rigged the presidential race which we won"

It's like their troon /pol/ shills and their lawyers are the same people.

They literally had a high profile case about this basically go to SCOTUS right before the election. What the actual fuck?

This does make me slightly more optimistic, yes.

We've got case number two for the SCOTUS, defense better not try PA way of defending fraud.

this man is arguing for ballot curing when ballot curing is illegal in PA
Its the blunderbuss approach. Argue EVERYTHING, and find what sticks. It means they don't have any set of arguments they believe will work well so are hoping to find many small ones to add up to a win. I... its shockingly incompetent. I legit thought they'd have more.

Wanted to wait until I got more solid confirmation on this, but the Michigan Republicans are trying to impeach Whitmer.

Knowing our long history with impeachments, it will probably go as well as those attempts. But it is the thought that counts, right?
