I think he laid out a fairly convincing case, but I'm not the one that needs to be convinced. It'd be the black robes presiding over the case that matters.
Honestly it sounds like you need a break from this. Remember, the law moves slowly but inexorably, even in these interesting time. Expect nothing but drip feeds of hopium/copium on either side until a judge made his ruling.

A) Concession speeches are not required.
B) The Congress voting is in case of a tie.
C) What Trump is doing is attempting to show how the Democrats fucked up the process in certain states and get the unverified ballots cast out.
D) If the Democrats were really retarded and mixed the late and unverified with the legitimate ballots, the state legislature will choose the delegates. Almost all of the state legislatures are Republican.
