It's almost like different companies have different standards to evaluate potent tenants. Wonder if they can get the review removed since it has nothing to do with their level of service. Of course, Russ thinks women should be punished harshly for having the audacity to tell him no. He should get used to being rejected by property management companies. It's far different to rent an apartment than a room from someone.
If these "review" sites weren't basically extortion rackets to charge businesses to take off reviews from nuts like Russhole, they'd have a list of troublemaker reviewers and just count their review as opposite with 1 being 5.
If he's not whining about people he doesn't like, he's kissing his own ass for what a brilliant genius he is. He really is his biggest and only fan.
I think if the judge were a woman Russell would try to hit on her, then try to have her disbarred (or whatever the term is for firing a judge) because she didn't rule in his favor and wouldn't go out with him, similar to his attempt to have Skye disbarred. He's accused judges of being "bias" before but never pursued it beyond that, but given how he tries to punish women for not obeying him I wouldn't put it past him to try to punish a female judge for not giving in to his wooing words and brilliant legal arguments.
This is what I'm talking about, all of his reviews are specifically targeted at women he's bitter towards. Russell cannot handle being told no by a woman for anything. "How dare they deny me because of a very common reason why people get denied rentals? You deserve punishment for this, you bitch!" And the way he delights in trying to get back at these women in his reviews is sickening.

If nothing else, they might google the person. I know I did when I shared a place with someone. I can put up the chanting and goat's blood, devil worshipers are a dime a dozen. But I won't be around a furry. Can't pay me enough.

Holy shit, how bad must your credit be to be denied a rental? I can understand how a ding on your credit can affect major borrowing like for a home mortgage (delinquencies, bankruptcy, etc), but even the worst borrower can get access to things like auto loans (think “Bad credit? No credit? No problem!” Commercials). How fucking bad must your score be to be denied renting an apartment due to your credit? Does anybody know more about this stuff?
Russ follows his familiar pattern of, "Now, I'm definitely not in group X. But aren't the people in group Y just awful? They're ten times worse than than the people in group X! Heavens to betsy."
