When they 25th Amendment Biden to make Harris POTUS how is that going to play out? POTUS elected in a dubious election gets swapped for his even more unpopular VP?

It's because Iran is not fully totalitarian and so elections are somewhat competitive. It's not however a democracy because the powers that be can rig things to get the result they want.

The thing about Trump is that he may have been POTUS but his enemies controlled the media and much of the bureaucracy.

Another example would be Venezuela where Guaido arguably won elections but got shafted. Or, really, any South American country which is not fully democratic but neither is it fully totalitarian.

Guaido was an opposition candidate at the time, though, and the 2009 election in Iran saw the incumbent re-elected decisively. None of those were fixed by the opposition.

I wouldn't be surprised if they purposefully targeted red areas like Queen Creek and parts of Gilbert. But that would also suggest they did this during the primaries, too, I recall my brother and I using the same marker-sharpie pens when we went in person back in August.
