I am not seeing the number of claimed votes in that tweet on the record. So I am going to lean towards bullshit as an explanation.
 
Actually the seven million vote than is even more funny with Obama.

Say what we are saying is true and it is voting fraud. That means Obama will have to pretend Biden got more than he did. Well deep down he knows he didn't

great they voted for trump but man, us politics is too complicated unless youre one of the guys who sees it as a sport. this is my superbowl. i called it correct in 2016 for the very reason trump won.

If the '''typo''' gets resolved internally, or if the USSC strikes down the illegitimate ballots, that may be sufficient to preserve some form of perception of integrity of the elections, I think.

people who don't want to believe elections are compromised will continue to trust, butthurt partisans rationalizing a loss will continue to doubt it, this has been the case since 2000 at the latest.
