So, Minnesota’s turnout looks extremely weird. Voter turnout is always the highest in the nation, but it is looking like 80+%. Higher than 2008.

The state does have same day registration.

And then 2/3 of the state legislatures have to ratify it. Congress doesn't have the power to amend by itself.

Actually I was wrong, their polls don't close in 5mins. Hawaii keeps theirs open until midnight, so don't expect any Hawaii numbers for 3 more hours.
But, y'know... 4 votes for biden lmao.

Yeah, no way the fly over states would vote for such a thing.

Last time Hawaii voted Red was in 1984, I wouldn't hold your breath over it.
