I don't think there is enough fraud in PA to do it. You need 600,000 votes to swing that state. That is..ALOOOOOT.

And then 2/3 of the state legislatures have to ratify it. Congress doesn't have the power to amend by itself.It would require a Constitutional amendment, the Dems would have to do some turbo gayops to have a strong enough majority in the House and Senate to force it through.
Actually I was wrong, their polls don't close in 5mins. Hawaii keeps theirs open until midnight, so don't expect any Hawaii numbers for 3 more hours.FYI as to why Hawaii is the last state left to release any sort of results (not that it makes a difference)
