A transgender girl accused of assaulting two students at a Texas high school alleges that she was being bullied and was merely fighting back

Shocking video shows a student identified by police as Travez Perry violently punching, kicking and stomping on a girl in the hallway of Tomball High School.

The female student was transported to the hospital along with a male student, whom Perry allegedly kicked in the face and knocked unconscious.

According to the police report, Perry - who goes by 'Millie' - told officers that the victim has been bullying her and had posted a photo of her on social media with a negative comment.

One Tomball High School parent whose daughter knows Perry said that the 18-year-old had been the target of a death threat.

'From what my daughter has said that the girl that was the bully had posted a picture of Millie saying people like this should die,' the mother, who asked not to be identified by name, told DailyMail.com.

When Perry appeared in court on assault charges, her attorney told a judge that the teen has been undergoing a difficult transition from male to female and that: 'There's more to this story than meets the eye.'

Perry is currently out on bond, according to authorities.

The video of the altercation sparked a widespread debate on social media as some claim Perry was justified in standing up to her alleged bullies and others condemn her use of violence.

The mother who spoke with DailyMail.com has been one of Millie's most ardent defenders on Facebook.

'I do not condone violence at all. But situations like this show that people now a days, not just kids, think they can post what they want. Or say what they want without thinking of who they are hurting,' she said.

'Nobody knows what Millie has gone through, and this could have just been a final straw for her. That is all speculation of course because I don't personally know her or her family, but as a parent and someone who is part of the LGBTQ community this girl needs help and support, not grown men online talking about her private parts and shaming and mocking her.'

One Facebook commenter summed up the views of many, writing: 'This was brutal, and severe! I was bullied for years and never attacked anyone!'

Multiple commenters rejected the gender transition defense and classified the attack as a male senselessly beating a female.

One woman wrote on Facebook: 'This person will get off because they're transitioning. This is an animal. She kicked, and stomped, and beat...not okay. Bullying is not acceptable, but kicking someone in the head. Punishment doesn't fit the crime.'

Scientists won't do a study if the results might make them look bad or hurt their careers.
If a study was done and it shows that transwomen perform much better than cis women (and it almost certainly will), its more likely that the scientist will come under attack for publishing their findings and be accused of attempting to inspire bigotry. If the scientific community, or at least members of it, find something is against their morals, rejecting it on a moral basis is not difficult.
Don't forget that there are gender 'experts' who can use these powers based on their authority and title alone.
Not sure about rugby, but there are studies showing that MtFs in sport have an unfair advantage due to muscle mass, lung capacity etc.

New Study Finds Transgender Athletes Have Advantages in Women’s Sports, Even After One Year of Hormone Therapy

Muscle strength, size and composition following 12 months of gender-affirming treatment in transgender individuals: retained advantagefor the transwomen

Yes, that’s the Karolinska Institute’s report that was released last year. It’s even cited in the NYTimes piece:

World Rugby’s ban was announced months after a prominent Swedish study of 11 transgender women showed that after a year of testosterone inhibition, the women maintained the muscle strength in their thighs and lost only 5 percent of the muscle mass.

There are some issues with the Karolinska study in that they only observed 11 men and all were recreational athletes. But that only underlines the study’s results— imagine what a professional or semi-pro troon’s muscle mass would be?

And there are no examples of transgender women causing serious injuries to cisgender women, said Anne Lieberman, the director of policy and programs for Athlete Ally, an advocacy group for women and L.G.B.T.Q. participants in sports.

Hannah Mouncey is reported to have broken a woman’s leg but that has since been hushed up.

It's also just a moving target. If they did do the trans rugby study, it will be ignored for the next sport and the media will claim there's "no evidence" that teenage nigerian trans roller derby players have an advantage because nobody studied that specific thing.
They do this shit for the trans kids crap. They claim there's "no evidence" puberty blockers are harmful. Of course there is a ton of evidence, the catch is that there's not studies specifically for trans teens - the studies were for other use cases. As though the kid's body knows the difference what the blockers are being taken for, and reacts more positively when it's for a progressive cause.

Them dilettante revolutionaries at fucking Cambridge are doing their damnedest to bully a working-class man out of his job, which, incidentally, is to wipe these rick fucks' bums at any given time.

There's an incredibly partisan article here. Not to his favour, mind. You'd think he was the Devil himself. As an aside, you're not going to run out of space on the internet - not quoting more than bits of pieces reveal how hard you're trying to hide that he's in fact completely reasonable. Right, Antonia? (twitter, but no tweets. Avatar indicates troonery)

Basically, Mr. Price refused to cite the Holy Writ and was promptly excommunicated:

Labour councillor and Clare porter Kevin Price resigned from Cambridge City Council on Thursday (22/10) in protest over a council motion to support transgender rights.

Price, in reference to the motion, stated that the inclusion of the sentences “trans women are women”, “trans men are men” and “non-binary individuals are non-binary” would “send a chill down the spines of [..] many women” and claimed his “conscience” demanded the resignation.

Seems Kevin knows his Marx, even if the overeducated understimulated shitheads at Cambridge don't.

The UCS’ LGBT+ Officer Frankie Kendal emphasised that “at Clare, we have a small but vibrant trans and non-binary community that should not only feel safe but feel celebrated”, furthering that for as long as Price continues to perpetuate transphobic views, “trans and non-binary students should not have to interact or rely on him for support in any way”.

Not enough to accept your fellow gender-non-specific man, no, ticker-tape parades and daily validation at all times. We could also just start throwing rose leaves wherever the troons walk, how about that?

And it's the student fucking union! So much for class solidarity, eh, "comrades"?

Oh, and I found this charming portrait of him by the same website from only three years ago. How quickly you fall out of favour with these amateur Chekas.

“I don’t hear of many incidents of what they used to call ‘grad bashing’ in the sixties and seventies where students would be picked on…never say never, but that’s not as apparent to me as it was then. It’s partly because there are more working class people coming to Cambridge University, so there is an understanding of what real life is like. I think that helps.”

Sorry, Kevin, but it didn't help.

(I read back to Saturday, but if I missed someone posting this, apologies in advance)

Someone needs to assemble a team of chads, have them identify as women, and play the troon teams. Take care not to hurt the real women but crush these troons.
Iran actually tried did something like that for their international "women's" soccer team, only it was before all the tranny bullshit started so FIFA came down on them like a ton of bricks for having a bunch of hairy dudes in niquabs for a team.

Iran's brand of Islam says that gay men can either become transwomen or be killed.
So those may of been "legitimate" transwomen and not just a bamboozle.

A Canadian transgender woman is suing a beauty pageant company for refusing to allow her to compete in its contest, according to the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedom, which represents the business.

Jessica Yaniv, a transgender LQBTQ rights activist, filed a human rights complaint against Toronto’s Canada Galaxy Pageants alleging it is in violation of the Ontario Human Rights Code, the conservative legal policy organization announced Monday.

In May 2019, Yaniv, whose biological sex is male, applied to be a contestant in the pageant’s “28 Years and Older Division” but did not disclose she was transgender and had yet to complete gender reassignment surgery, the Justice Centre alleged.

Yaniv was “tentatively accepted” to the pageant but the business had a formal policy stating only genetic females, or transgender women who had fully transitioned, were allowed to be contestants, the Justice Centre said.

When Yaniv was “reminded” of the policy, she filed a complaint alleging the pageant company engaged in discrimination based on gender identity, gender expression and sex.

She is seeking $10,000 in damages for “injury to dignity and feelings” and wants Ontario’s Human Rights Tribunal to rule that organizations cannot refuse service to someone based on their genitals, the Justice Centre alleged.

“For reasons of safety and security, it is imperative that biological women and girls, and fully transitioned transgender females, have spaces where they can associate free from the presence of individuals with male genitals. This is particularly so in situations where women and girls are exposed or vulnerable,” Allison Kindle Pejovic, an attorney with the Justice Centre, said in a statement.

Yaniv didn’t immediately return a request for comment and her complaint, which is confidential, was not readily available.

The Justice Centre accused the activist of being a serial filer of human rights complaints. In 2019, Yaniv filed a series of complaints against five Vancouver estheticians for their refusal to perform bikini waxes on her because of her genitals. The B.C. Human Rights Tribunal later dismissed the charges and ruled Yaniv’s motive was to “target small businesses for personal financial gain,” not “prevent or remedy discrimination,” according to the Telegraph.

He literally just wants to perv around and talk to children about inserting tampons

My first instinct was to suggest that maybe Yaniv articles go in the Yaniv forum because he is gross and I hate thinking about him, but then I remembered that Yaniv is a national disgrace and that my mother, father, and all my coworkers have all independently seen news articles about the wax my balls thing and that he's too fucking fat to be contained by his own forum.

Ban on gender identity education in Romania to be reviewed by top court

The ban on teaching gender identity topics in Romanian schools could be struck down by Romania's Constitutional Court, which is expected to rule on the constitutionality of the law this Wednesday.

The top court took up the case on the appeal of President Klaus Iohannis, who wants the court to review the constitutionality of the amendment of Article 7 of the National Education Law 1/2011, which prohibits references to gender identity in schools, news portal ziare.com reports.

According to the Presidential Administration, the law contradicts some constitutional provisions regarding the rule of law and the principle of separation of powers in the state.

The law prohibits in "units, educational institutions and in all spaces intended for education and vocational training, including in units that offer extracurricular education, activities" in order to spread the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a different concept than biological sex and that the two are not always the same," as well as of the activities that contradict the principles provided in Article 3 of Law 1/2011.

In his appeal, President Iohannis said that the amendment contradicts Article 29 on freedom of conscience of the Constitution.

Romania was following the example of Poland and Hungary — both of which have banned gender education. The amendment to ban gender education -— long since demanded by the country's dominant Romanian Orthodox Church — was sponsored by the right-wing PMP party and approved by the Senate on June with the 81 votes of PMP and left-wing PSD senators, with 22 votes against and 27 abstentions. Iohannis appealed to the Constitutional Court in July, after the Romanian Council of Rectors urged him not to sign the amendment.

While Romania has no official state religion, at the latest 2011 census, 81 percent of respondents identified themselves as Orthodox Christians belonging to the Romanian Orthodox Church. Other denominations include Protestantism (6.2 percent), Roman Catholicism (4.3 percent), and Greek Catholicism (0.8 percent).
