I have to be honest. The am hole looks less disgusting than I thought it would be. What strikes me is how uncanny and artificial it is. It's just like the surgeon only knew about vaginas in theory and just took a crack at it. Don't get me wrong, this image still smells.

If we saw inside the am hole, then I'd probably have a more visceral reaction.

To be clear, we've seen his rotted roast beef before. This isn't strictly a reveal. He did a top-down shot a few weeks ago (gross) and a similar shot, peekaboo-style.

Jesus Christ, whenever I think of everything Kevin has done and said on twitter I get these most horrible Slumdog Millionaire flashbacks playing in my mind. He hasn't gone one day without being disgusting. How the tranny gestapo hasn't turned on him, for making them all look deranged and perverted, is still a mystery.

Apologies if I’m just rubbing salt into the wound (ahem) now, but I believe I’m seeing a lot of evidence of Kev picking/scratching at the amhole here. The area you highlighted appears darker in discoloration than the opposite side, and also appears slightly puffy if I’m not mistaken. In the areas I highlighted in orange I suspect frequent scratching may have caused unnecessary scarring, or else Kev’s surgeon was generous with the amount of folds given. These kinds of scars would be similar to scars from picking acne or bug bites. The areas I highlighted in purple appear extra pale, suggesting loss of blood flow and dead skin buildup, in other words I predict those bits to “fall off” (🤢) next.

Well, I think we finally know where the stubborn wound dehiscence is located. It's healed surprisingly well all things considered. Especially since Kev claims to stew in a pissy diaper (just like a real lesbian!) all day long.

Believe it or not but this is considered a good result by srs butchers and troons alike. And yes, it's way less mangled on the outside than most srs disasters posted here. If you think troons look at this and go " Ew omg I'm cancelling srs!" You are wrong. They don't think like sane people. It's even possible that some idiots Kevin groomed run to the dick flayer after seeing this picture because again: this is a"good" result for srs standards.

HOWEVER as you can see from the tweets even a "good" result might actually be a nightmare ditch because of nerve damage, inside scar tissue, leaking of nasty fluids etc. etc.

We also don't know how it looks when he spreads his mangled testicle skin. I've never seen the fleshy bits under the testicle skin folds looking realistic and not horrifying. Spreading the eagle reveals the true horrors no matter how "good" the outer folds look.
 
The joy I felt seeing what Kevin had done to himself was immeasurable. Troons are torturing and killing themselves and doing it with a smile. It’s proof no matter the shit they do now we will make it in the long run.

With this sort of thing there's a thin line between "total disaster" and "maybe looks sort of okay if you squint" it's still terrible but a different brand of terrible, like intense fgm or a literal "frontbutt" (if only he'd used the colon technique, the jokes would write themselves).

I am still so fucking grossed out by their stove. I think it’s nastier than Kevin’s amhole. I don’t understand how it even gets that bad. I would have committed homicide if a roommate did that to my stove.
