Did we just stumble upon the missing 5k in monthly business expenses?
TBH, this is what we speculated it was. @lavrentiyberia, thankfully, is doing the math to provide more evidence.
You can believe the numbers that show $5000 a month in WWE Champions pulls or you can believe @Synth who thinks Phil is paying $5000 a month on the $8000 he spent to move to Washington half a decade ago.

Remember that Phil only reached VIP level 13 (roughly the $40K lifetime mark) early this year. In other words, he spent roughly $10K a year. I'm going to need some serious convincing before I believe that he's now on track to spend $60K per year on the game.

I don't think he's spending 60k per year, I think that I would have to spend $5k this month if I wanted to catch up to his score. Let's just wait and see what his score is next month, or if they give someone here access to the website, maybe we can look at his scores for every contest.

According to this guy your calculations might be off, now I don't know jack about this game (nor do I want to) but it appears you can get some hefty amounts of resources by finishing the events. Do you know anything about this?

We'll never know the exact amount. Trying to guess if it's $30,000 or $60,000 over a period of a couple years is pretty pointless. How about we just agree it's a lot more than someone who is bankrupt and begs for money daily should be spending on a mobile game?

I don't think anyone here disagrees with that sentiment. The same could be said about tracking his finances in general. We all know he makes too much money to be crying poor.

To be able to call him out on his bullshit, I think it's important to get accurate estimates. Just like we could call him out on his sham bankruptcy because a couple of heroes in this subforum have been tracking his finances extensively. I see this thread as an extension to that at this point.

If people want to take the time to crunch the numbers according to that stat tracker thing that just went in beta, I'm all for it.

the biggest red flag is going from 2 mortgages and 13 credit cards, being able to pay them for years, then suddenly making a lot more money but still needs money for groceries

EDIT: He's banning people for any mention of zombie apocalypses. He claims someone gave him a heads up earlier that it's a detractor meme about 'the mobile game he doesn't play'. Awfully salty about that, Phil...

His loyal informant who goes by the name "'Despite his claims, DSP is still spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on the WWE Champions mobile game' thread on Kiwi Farms"

At the beginning of every month, there is always a contest called a Talent Up. This is a three-day-long contest in which you are incentivized to spend your in-game currencies to upgrade your jpegs. I believe it can also be used as a way to gauge NotDSP's dollar spending, separate from his grinding. My account is ranked at 15,000th place, and I have scored 4 million points. As an experiment, I saved all last month, and didn't upgrade any jpegs, and did the daily chores. My score represents the maximum for a F2P player, so every point NotDSP scores above that, I think one can reasonably call a pay-to-win point.

Here is his ranking:

1/24th of NotDSP's score can be attributed to grinding. 92 million points were bought. How much does it cost to buy 92 million points?

To convert the point system into a price sheet, we have to look at how much of each currency is needed to upgrade a given jpeg. You may be able to get to 92 million points more cheaply by just buying one of these currencies, but if you try to, for instance, spend 92 million coins, you will quickly run out of things to spend the coins on.

Evolving a 3-star gold to a 4-star bronze jpeg—we know this would be a common point-getter for NotDSP, according to his profile on the new WWE Champions website, which shows almost no 1- or 2-star jpegs—would get these scores:

thingquantitypoints
upgrade11,440,000
coins527,600527,600
2-star silver token80576,000
3-star silver token351,512,000
4-star silver token153,240,000
talent2,638474,840
7,770,440

If we take this series of expenditures as a good representative for how NotDSP scored 92 million points, we can say he upgraded about 12 jpegs.

How much would it cost to buy all of the resources needed for these 12 upgrades?

From the WWE Champions subreddit, here is a guide for the most efficient way to pay for all of the tokens listed:

Listed for each type of token is the one loot box among many that spits them out at the highest rate. The relevant loot boxes for the 2, 3, and 4-star silver tokens:

tokencost of lootboxtokens per lootboxtokens per $100 of in-game cash
2-star2004.22.1
3-star4501.070.24
4-star12500.50.04

Figuring out the rest is simple. Here are the most efficient ways to buy coins and in-game cash:

Putting all the numbers together:

thingquantitypoints scoredin-game $real $
upgrade11,440,000
coins527,600527,6004,39735.17
2-star silver80576,0003,80930.47
3-star silver351,512,00014,583116.66
4-star silver153,240,00037,500300
talent2,638474,840
60,289482.31

$482.31 is how much real money it takes to upgrade a jpeg from 3-star gold to 4-star bronze. But remember, he needed to do this 12 times to score the 92 million extra points.

12 x $482.31 = $5,787.72

edit: Putting that number in context, it is likely way higher than the real amount NotDSP spent on this specific contest, this month. But it represents money he has spent at some point, that is now in evidence by his performance so far in day 2 of this 3-day contest. We ought to note his score at the end of this contest, and at the end of next month's, to get a real idea of how much the guy is spending just on in-game currency, i.e., this number doesn't even include how much he spends on pulls.

Holy shit :semperfidelis: Were you playing WWE Champions prior to what is clearly your new calling in Opsec?

I see people wondering how much he is still spending on the game a lot, is this event that he's ranked 25th a grinding event or a pay-to-win event, how much would it cost him to get such and such to 5-stars, etc. I think the Talent Up can be used as a good baseline for the overall spending level if we track it month to month. And you're right that you get some coins in faction feuds, but I'm also in a high-ranking faction now (lol), and those extra resources factor into my F2P score.

You also claim to believe that this man has been saving money in-game. You must be a DSP WWEC Denialist.

FWIW, while it would be absurd for 99% of DSP scenarios it seems from past mobile game evidence, e.g. the previous WWE mobile game forum posts, that this is the one time DSP actually likes to theorycraft and keep up to date on strategies. He could be semi-optimizing spending as a byproduct of being around forums and discords where the info is posted.

Guersan has a similar roster, in strength and size, to NotDSP. In this loot pull, he receives 1 out of 55 possible fuses. And this is with what he says are better than average odds for a good pull.

lmao, Christ.

One thing that makes me not believe that Phil is spending hundreds of dollars every month on this game is Khet. Unless their marriage is really a sham and she's his wife only on paper, there's just no way I can believe a wife could see her husband wasting their money like this. Unless she really is retarded.

What likely happened with their marriage arrangement is Phil gives her a place to live and pays the bills, so she gets her own pocket money and gets to stay in her room playing Skyrim. She must know he plays it, given that he did so on their wedding night in between arguing with detractors on Twitter, but is oblivious to the amount of money he's ploughing into it.

I think Khet knows about WWE Champions, she's just in a comfortable enough position not to care because Phil is so loose with his money and takes care of all the Adult Bills with his begging. She's probably happy that he's more entertained by pixels at 2am than climbing his greasy pig body ontop of her for 2 minutes ever again.
