This is the only way to get 2nd Amendment issues to them. Roberts has shown himself to never want to see them. If there is one more conservative on the bench, those are a lot more likely to be seen.
Yeah the "old guard" Republican justices have proven to be mostly spineless cucks playing it safe and keeping the status quo, but with these newer people Trump is getting in, as well as flipping lower courts like the 9th (which was BIG) there's ever increasing chances of blatantly unconstitutional laws to get struck down. It's a very long shot since Trump himself hasn't been the most friendly wrt the 2nd (bump stock ban), but the justices have a better shot.
I didn't hate her, but I think with her family it's going to be a mixture of sadness and relief. After seeing someone you love suffer for so long pass away, it usually is.
He's been pretty clear on this issue overall. I honestly think he's been waiting for a chance to fuck them on this since he told them he was going to fuck them on this if they instituted the nuclear option. He'll do it just to show he's not to be fucked with if nothing else.
Nah, if Cruz ever gets on the SCOTUS, it will be as the replacement for Clarence Thomas or one of the other appointees from the Clinton and early Bush years
That's probably another reason to get Rao on the court since it'll be slightly trickier to get racism accusations to stick to a non-White even if she's not black.
Don't forget the sexual assault scandal the Attorney General had too.
Richmond is home to a cucked legislature full of scumfuck NoVAcrats and traditionalist redneck neocon incumbents while the executive of the Old Dominion is currently helmed by Govenor Coon and his two cronies, Lieutenant Governor Nigger Hater and Attorney General Daterape
He's gotten slightly better when he grew that beard. From the cuck to the cucker, persay. More vocal. I don't want 'em in the chair, but eh, he ain't what he used to be.
The latter half of this week has been great for comedic moments like these.
-Trump cites the Smithsonian poster about intact families being a white concept as his rationale for his 1776 Commission
-The Department of Education begins investigation on Princeton because the president virtue signaled too hard and outright said that racism was embedded in his institution
Grassley is one of those Senate traditionalists. They're a dying breed, but they have this quasi-religious devotion to the Senate as an institution. "The greatest deliberative body ever created" kinda shit.
