Very often in those types of threads troons will talk about how they knew that they are trans because they enjoyed using female avatars in games as a child. It's not entirely unthinkable that those threads came to mind when he was fucking around in animal crossing and found out that he too enjoyed using a female avatar.
This leads him to question if he too is trans, because all those people on reddit can't be wrong. And the more he starts to think about it the more signs he finds. (Because everything is a sign of being trans nowadays.) And the more signs he finds the more he becomes convinced that he's actually trans. This continues until he caves and visits r/egg_IRL (or any other subreddit for troons really) where there's no short supply of nice and intelligent people who will tell that he is obviously a true and honest woman because he wore a dress in a video game.

I can't find it at the moment but this reminds me of the troon who wrote a long article about how actually, lesbians don't seem to have any sexual desires at all. I personally believe it’s because they aren’t actually attracted to each other but want the optics of looking like they’re having loads of sex. You can tell that even trannies are lying when they get in Twitter circlejerks about how sexy they find one another. It’s so generic and 100% an act for the public. So they’re always open to the one partner who they actually want (read: an attractive real woman), and committing to a fellow troon they aren’t actually attracted to would put the kibosh on their open fantasies about being with an actual woman.
