Parents transitioning are robbing their kids of a mom or dad, a partner like that is taking away a husband or wife. Wow. I think this is the first time I've seen a straight guy stick with his wife after she starts to troon out, not counting the women who become non-binary because the only "transitioning" they do is getting an awful haircut and dyejob.

I can't see her husband not divorcing her, the only question is when he'll drop the bomb. He married a (for the most part) normal woman, but now she's insisting that she's akshuly a man, cutting her tits off, and destroying her body with testosterone. The best-case scenario that involves the failed father is that he just accepts that he won't be able to convince his daughter about his self-proclaimed "womanhood" and just agrees to disagree, admits that he's done some wrong and at least tries to create a salvageable relationship with his daughter. She was there on 9/11 and had to keep going to school there after 9/11. She identifies as having PTSD...a diagnosis so many troons abuse, but in this case it's 100% legit.

Despite this thing being outdated by about two years, I did really like this meme. Not their attempt at it, though. Mario is supposed to sound sensible while Luigi is some sort of edgy extreme, and for good reason since Mario is meant to play as a straight man to Luigi's joke. When you take that away, it becomes preachy instead of funny. The fact that Mario is agreeing could work as a punchline, but since you read left to right, you hear the punchline first, which makes it even worse.

Luigi's word salad doesn't help, either. It's supposed to be snappy, and I have no idea why they seemed to have invented words for the sole sake of making it needlessly long. Nobody calls it "committing misgendering trans name" they just call it "misgendering." I mean, if I did it, I'd make it something like "intentionally misgendering and your life will be endering" or something goofy. This is just tedious.
