But it costs so much time, money and energy and after all, they're still not happy. And with so many of them basically being incels, they don't get any succes with women neither (be they lesbian or straight)

So why not spent the same amount of money, energy and time just doing fitness and eating healthy? It costs less money, similair amount of time and just a bit more energy, but in the end, you'll see actual changes and improvement. The effects of fitness on happiness and quality of life have been proven time and time again.

So if (many of) these guys want success with women, why not utilize that energy to reach an actually realistic goal? Instead of being an obese troon who runs after Lesbians without success, fitness will actually improve your looks and chances.

And in the end, these guys have the energy, time and money for transitioning, so why not work out? It's like, you're dying from hunger and your options are either a glass of water or a steak and you choose the glass of water.

Sounds to me like he overcompensated all his life in order to maintain a sense of masculine propriety, but once the social environment changed enough to allow him to display his AGP tendencies, he just leaped off the deep end. I'll also add a bit of midlife crisis into the mix, since all the asspats he's getting now have got to be doing wonders for his self-esteem.
