After sharkboy's apparent suicide I felt some renewed sympathy for the troons who get the chop and feel like they were sold a false bill of goods when they see the results, but goddamn do they make it hard to feel anything but contempt towards them. His doctor is trying to warn him about the (very likely) complications and generally poor results of SRS for his own sake, and he's repaying her by trying to report her for hate speech and medical malpractice? t doesnt really influence bone structure all that much i think, that stuff is mostly genetic
and since no amount of hormone blockers or surgery will replace his y chromosome with a second x chromosome, he's still gonna end up with a square jaw and huge hands no matter what, it might just take longer

It's probably just aging. Humans change as they grow. Your skin especially. It's the reason I always say the young ones are gonna be in for a rude awakening because youthful bodies and skin don't last forever. We're all in a constant state of slow breakdown, troons are likely intensifying that process through all the medical bullshit they're on. It's all well and good playing pretend when you're still young but speaking from experience your desire to 'preform' a certain way or look at certain way decreases as you age. So there's probably a element of him just being tired or having to do so much work to look even slightly passable.
These are uncharted waters we're in here too so we won't actually know how long term hormone use affects people. Troons aren't getting a natural ebb and flow, they're constantly getting a high dosage to maintain at a specific level. Taking Estrogen like that probably isn't helping and I wouldn't be surprised if the body is possibly converting the high levels of Estrogen into some form of testosterone because the very genetic code of his cells know they're male.
